Botswana: Alrosa JV

Alrosa’s unique exploration technology is being used to explore up to 120mbeneath the Kalahari sand, swamps and basalt in Botswana.

Botswana Diamonds has provided its extensive Orapa database to Alrosa.

Alrosa analysed the data and produced a series of targets across Orapa.

We applied for extensive ground covering many of these targets.

The joint venture is a 50/50 heads up agreement in Botswana. The firstyear joint budget is $1 million – about $600,000 will be spent in theremainder of 2014.

On the ground exploration in Botswana began in January 2014 on PL117which was identified from analysing the database

Following fieldwork in Q1 2014, analyses in Q2 anomalies were identifiedand drill targets selected. Drilling commences late September 2014

New ground awarded May 2014 – on which there are high priority targets.

11

Botswana: PL117

First target of Alrosa JV: PL117, a 2.9 sq km licence in the Orapa area, 10kmfrom the Karowe mine; Kalahari sand cover between 60-100 metres.

PL117 already contains AK10, a diamondiferous bearing kimberlitediscovered in 2004 by African Diamonds/ De Beers.

Ground exploration began January 2014. Samples were shipped to Alrosalab in Russia for analysis. Results received July.

13

Botswana: PL117 – Phase I Exploration

Four previously unknown anomalies identified.

Alrosa believe the previously discovered diamonds and other diamondindicator minerals are not all from the known AK10 kimberlite.

Two top propriety targets AN1 and AN2. Drilling September 2014 onAN2

Further on the ground geophysical work will select the drill locations forAN1.

A team of 8 Alrosa specialists will join the Botswana team on theground in September.

A joint team will be on the ground in September

16

Botswana: PLs 170, 166 & 167(100% owned licenses)

3 prospective blocks awarded: May 2012 (PL170)& August 2013 (PL 166

& 167). 733 sq km of ground.

Part of the Orapa kimberlite cluster on the Kaapvaal craton. The ground

is known to contain diamonds.

Initial drilling on PL170 was unsuccessful; partners & experts believe

the diamond indicator minerals might have travelled from adjacent

blocks.

17

Botswana: Brightstone JV in Gope

13 licence blocks in an area of 6,518 square kilometres in the Gope area

The surrounding area contains the Ghaghoo mine under development and the

new Petra discovery KX-36.

There are 21 known kimberlites.

BOD has applied its extensive geophysical and geochemical database to the

area and has identified 3 new targets in the Southwest of the block.

Alrosa has also applied its techniques and generated targets in the North.

BOD has become the operator of the block and will earn into Brightstone by

spending up to $940,000 over three years to earn 51 per cent.

There are ongoing discussions with a potential partner who will

farm into the JV and give BOD a carry.
