Parking Lot Shuttle Sponsor ................ $3,000Ensure that your company name and logo is viewed by attendees as they ride the shuttles. Your company name and logo will be placed on the shuttles, which carry attendees between the parking lot and main gates. This highly visible sponsorship will allow for maximum brand visibility as attendees are coming and going.
Courtesy Shuttle ........................SOLD $5,500The Dakotafest show grounds are close to 50 acres. Help attendees get around the show with ease by sponsoring the Courtesy Shuttle. The shuttle will run around the perimeter of the show, making frequent stops to let passengers on and off. As the sponsor you’ll receive:

Product Demonstrations ........................ FREEDo you have a product or service that would benefit from being seen in person? Apply to demonstrate it at Dakotafest! Fill out the form at the back of this guide or visit Dakotafest.com/Exhibitor_Resources (starting May 6) and answer a few questions to be considered as a Dakotafest demonstrator. The IDEAg team will review the applications and if selected, will make arrangements for your product to have its own demonstration space. Submissions due by June 21 to make the show program. Will accept submissions through July 19.
Educational Session .............................. $1,000Limit one session each day
Does your company have a topic you would like to share with the Dakotafest audience? Present an education session in the Dakotafest Center. Along with your presentation, you’ll receive logo placement in the show program, website, and on-site signage as well as banner placement during your session and ability to hand out a promotional flyer to attendees.

PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION FORM
New this year, select exhibitors will be able to conduct complimentary product demos within designated Demo areas of the show. Fill out this form to be considered.
If you are selected to do a product demonstration on site, show management will contact you with the location, times of demos, and set up info. If selected to do an on-site demo, you must agree to the below rules and regulations.
n Promote your product demo within your on-site exhibit booth (promotional materials may not be distributed in the product demo area).
n Operate machinery or vehicles within designated demo area.
n Ability to erect a tent in product demo space during your demo times.
n Ability to hand out promotional materials.
n No hospitality (food and beverage) is allowed in the product demo space.
n Ground engagement will be approved by show management.
n Exhibitors will be responsible for any damage to grounds.
All product demo exhibitors must provide the following:
n CertificateofInsurancemeetingthelistedrequirementsonthesampleinsuranceformonpage53intheexhibitormanual.n Completed Product Demonstration Form, detailing the type of activity to take place including all safety measures.* Equipment must be removed out of the demo area after your demos are done. If you are selected to do multiple demos
at different times, you may be required to remove equipment. This will be determined by show management on a case to case basis.
