Mass Intention Requests Intentions are available on a first come, first served basis. An offering of $5 is requested for the priest celebrating the Mass. Intentions are most often for the deceased but can also be for the living, e.g. birthday blessings, anniversaries, or in thanksgiving. Intentions are not announced during Mass. Please plan ahead if you want specific dates. Intentions cannot be accepted over the phone; come to the office when a receptionist is present. Mass Intentions are being rotated from Mass times which are not currently being celebrated. We appreciate your patience as we make sure all intentions are relocated to another Mass in the near future.

SACROSANCTUM CONCILIUM
Chapter III THE OTHER SACRAMENTS AND THE SACRAMENTALS
The ceremonies and texts of the ordination rites are to be revised. When a bishop is consecrated, the laying on of hands may be done by all the bishops present. The marriage rite is to be so revised and enriched that the grace of the sacrament is more clearly signified and the duties of the spouses are taught. Praiseworthy customs and ceremonies may be incorporated. The territorial ecclesiastical authority is free to draw up its own rite suited to the usages of place and people. But the rite must always conform to the law that the priest assisting at the marriage must ask for and obtain the consent of the contracting parties. Matrimony is normally to be celebrated within the Mass. The mother tongue may be utilized. If the sacrament of Matrimony is celebrated apart from Mass, the epistle and Gospel from the nuptial Mass are to be read. The blessing should always be given to the spouses. Sacramentals are to undergo revision, such that the faithful may participate intelligently, actively and easily. New sacramentals may also be added as need for them is apparent. Reserved blessings shall be few, in favor of Bishops. Let provision be made that some sacramentals, at the discretion of the ordinary, may be done by qualified lay persons. The rite for the consecration of virgins is to be revised. A rite of religious profession and renewal of vows should also be drawn up to achieve greater unity and dignity. This rite should be adopted by those who make their profession of renewal of vows within Mass. Religious profession should be made within the Mass. The rite for the burial of the dead should express more clearly the paschal character of Christian death. The rite for the burial of infants is to be revised, and a special Mass for the occasion should be provided.
Chapter IV THE DIVINE OFFICE
Christ Jesus, high priest of the new and eternal covenant, introduced into this earthly exile that hymn that is sung throughout all ages in the halls of heaven. He continues his priestly work through the agency of the Church, ceaselessly engaged in praising the Lord and interceding for the salvation of the whole world. She does this not only by celebrating the Eucharist, but also by praying the divine office. The divine office is devised so that the whole course of the day and night is made holy by the praises of God. When this song of praise is rightly performed, it is truly the voice of the bride addressed to her bridegroom. It is the prayer that Christ himself, together with his body, addresses to the Father.

CCE NEWS Registration for 2020-2021 CCE and Sacramental preparation is going on now, and classes will begin on October 14. Both paper and online registration options are available. Due to local restrictions regarding COVID-19, the following changes to the program have been made:
Only Sacramental classes will be on campus on Wednesday and Thursday nights. This includes:

year 2 RCIA for Children, years 1 and 2
All other classes will be offered exclusively online:
