The decline was most pro- nounced in the condominium apartment segment in the City of Toronto. Total sales in the rest of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) were up compared to the same period last year. “Very strong annual sales growth in the first half of 2012 and an earlier peak in sales this spring compared to 2011 help explain more moderate sales this summer. Bring you the Buyers

“I have a buyer for your home.” How many times have you received a phone call or a knock at the door from an agent who says they have a buyer interested in your house? Probably more than you should be getting. Unfortunately this tactic is often employed by newer agents who are told to say such things as a way of getting their foot in the door. That said, they actually just might have a buyer for your home. I know that when we approach you with this pitch it is because we actually do have a buyer who may be interested in your home.

Buyers are selective in choosing the right agent for the job. When you have worked for as long and as hard as I have in this area you develop a reputation for delivering quality service and advice that is sought out by not only sellers but Buyers alike. We have a constant stream of potential buyers who come to us looking for that “perfect house” and it may indeed be yours.

How can we help you? We believe in honesty and having expectations be realistic and achievable. Before you go and sign anything with anyone, talk to us. We may be able to provide you with an experience that goes above and beyond your wildest dreams and if we cannot we’ll be right upfront about that.
