!! MEETING VENUE !! Due to the enormous success of this Joint Scientific meeting, we were obliged to move to a larger lecture room. Therefore, the Joint EUGT2/TG Scientific meetings will take place at
Aula Pieter de Somer, Charles Deberiotstraat 24, 3000 Leuven This is in fact at the same campus as the original venue . Signalizations will be installed in order to guide the participants to the right location.

TRAVEL Participants were expected to make their own travel arrangements. There will be no reimbursement by the organization.
EUGT2 and TG partners were informed about special agreements. They can always contact the coordinator’s office for further details. From Airport to Leuven If you arrive at the airport, there is a direct train connection from Brussels Airport to Leuven. For the time schedule, you can find more info on: http://www.eurogentest.org/uploads/1296686323000/Leuven_station-Brussel_airport.pdf Public bus in Leuven Leuven is a rather small city, so the meeting venue is on walking distance from most hotels.
In front of the railway station in Leuven, there are taxi’s available. Notice that the main station building is actually closed for renovations, so there is a new temporarily entrance hall in front of the original building. This might be confusing. If you prefer to use the public bus, you can find the bus lines on : http://www.delijn.be/images/stadsnet_leuven_tcm7-1682.pdf The only line that might be useful for this meeting is Line 1 or 2. PARKING
There is NO parking available at the Pieter de Somer Aula during the meeting. Participants arriving by car can use :
Parking Residentie Herman Servotte, Parkstraat 39-53 The entrance of this parking will be open in the morning, for a few hours. If you arrive too late, you can ask local security to open the gate for you.
The gate opens automatically when leaving the parking.
