Chur – Julier – St. Moritz

Der Julierpass liegt auf 2284 Meter über Meer und verbindet die Täler Oberhalbstein und Engadin. Auf der Passhöhe verläuft die Europäische Wasserscheide zwischen den Einzugsgebieten von Rhein und Donau.

Il Passo del Giulia si trova a  2284 metri s.l.m. e unisce le valli Oberhalbstein e Engadina. Sul passo si trova il confine tra i bacini idrografici del Reno e del Danubio.

The Julier Pass summits at  2,284 metres above sea-level and connects the valleys of Oberhalbstein and Engadine. The European watershed runs between the Rhine and Danube catchment areas, on a level with the pass.

Le col du Julier, situé à 2284 mètres d’altitude, relie les vallées de l’Oberhalbstein et de l’Engadine et abrite la ligne européenne de partage des eaux entre le Rhin et le Danube.

Die gut ausgebaute Passstrasse führt am mystischen Marmorerasee vorbei via Bivio zum Julierpass. Bald schweifen die Gedanken über der schönen Berglandschaft. 

L’agevole strada del passo lambisce il mistico Lago di Marmorera, attraversa Bivio e arriva al Passo del Giulia. Tra poco i pensieri verranno rapiti dallo splendido paesaggio alpino. 

The well-built pass road runs past the magical Marmorera lake via Bivio and on to the Julier Pass. It’s not long before thoughts drift to the beautiful mountain landscape.

Eine spannende Postautofahrt durch mehrere Kultur- und Sprachräume. Über kunstvoll angelegte Strassen fahren Sie von der Hauptstadt Graubündens vorbei an funkeln-den Seen, stolzen Burgen und lichten Bergwäldern zum weltberühmten Kurort St. Moritz.

Die Julierpass-Linie führt Sie ab Chur durch tiefe Alpentäler über den Julierpass bis nach St. Moritz. Entdecken Sie zuerst den besonderen Reiz von Chur, der ältesten Stadt der Schweiz. Weiter gehts über Churwalden nach Valbella, wo sich Ihnen ein wunderbarer Ausblick über die Lenzerheide eröffnet. Entde-cken Sie auf der Alp Pradaschier den Seilpark und die längste Rodelbahn der Welt (PostAuto-Haltestelle Churwalden, Post: Sesselbahn Pradaschier). Auch die Lenzerheide bietet zu jeder Jahreszeit ein vielfältiges Freizeitangebot. Im Sommer lädt der idyllische Heidsee zu einem erfrischenden Bad ein, und die Kleinen ziehts auf den Globi-Wanderweg (PostAuto-Haltestelle Lenzerheide, Post). Auf der Sonnenterrasse von Lenz geniessen Sie die Aussicht über das Albulatal. Von hier bis nach Bivio erstreckt sich das Naturschutzgebiet Parc Ela. Unternehmen Sie zum Beispiel von Savognin aus (PostAuto-Haltestelle Savognin, posta) eine Wanderung über die Alp Flix zu einer der zahlreichen PostAuto-Haltestellen entlang der Strecke (PostAuto-Haltestellen Rona; Sur, Postautoplatz (Sommer: Anschluss bus alpin zur Alp Flix); Marmorera, Dorf; Bivio, posta). Bivio ist Ihr Ausgangspunkt zum Julierpass, wo die europäische Wasserscheide Rhein-Donau verläuft, und zu der Mountainbike-Route über den Septimerpass (PostAuto-Haltestelle Bivio, posta). Nach Silvaplana mit seinem einzigartigen Seenplateau erwarten Sie in St. Moritz erstklassige Hotels und ein exklusives Shopping-Angebot. Pferderennen auf dem tiefgefrorenen See, Schnee-Polo oder die einzige Natureis-Bobbahn der Welt machen den Kurort zu einem Mekka für Wintersportfans.

In questo emozionante viaggio in autopostale attraverso svariate aree culturali e linguistiche viaggerete su strade costruite con arte dalla capitale dei Grigioni, lungo laghi scintillanti, superbi castelli e radi boschi montani, fino alla località termale di fama mondiale St. Moritz.

Partendo da Coira, questa linea vi conduce attraverso profonde valli alpine per il passo dello Julier fino a St. Moritz. Scoprite innanzitutto il fascino particolare di Coira, la più antica città della Svizzera. In seguito passate per Churwal-den verso Valbella, dove si schiude ai vostri occhi uno splendido panorama su Lenzerheide. Sull’Alp Pradaschier scoprite il parco avventura e la pista per slittini più lunga del mondo (fermata AutoPostale Churwalden, posta: seggiovia Pradaschier). Anche Lenzerheide offre una variegata offerta di svago per tutte le stagioni. In estate l’idilliaco lago di Heid invoglia a fare un bagno rinfrescante, e per la gioia dei bambini fate un salto al sentiero Globi (fermata AutoPostale Lenzerheide, posta). Sulla terrazza soleggiata di Lenz godetevi la vista sulla valle dell’Albula. Da qui a Bivio si estende la riserva naturale del Parco Ela. Potete fare un’escursione da Savognin (fermata AutoPostale Savognin, posta) passando per l’Alp Flix verso una delle numerose fermate AutoPostale lungo il percorso (fermate AutoPostale Rona; Sur, piazzale AutoPostale (estate: coincidenza bus alpin per l’Alp Flix); Marmorera, villaggio; Bivio, posta). Bivio è il punto di partenza per il passo dello Julier, che segna lo spartiacque europeo fra il Reno e il Danubio, e per il percorso in mountain bike sul Passo del Settimo (fermata AutoPostale Bivio, posta). Dopo Silvaplana con il suo straordinario altopiano lacustre vi attendono gli hotel di lusso e le boutique esclusive di St. Moritz. Corsa di cavalli sul lago ghiacciato, polo sulla neve e l’unica pista di bob al mondo in ghiaccio naturale rendono questa località termale un paradiso per gli amanti degli sport invernali.

Take a relaxing PostBus ride through varied cultural and linguistic regions. On a beautiful scenic journey, with views of glistening lakes, tidy woods, and majestic moun-tains, that leads from Graubünden’s capital city, Chur, to the world famous resort, St Moritz.

The Julier Pass Route leads from Chur through deep Alpine valleys, over the Julier Pass and on to St Moritz. Discover the attraction of Switzerland’s oldest town, Chur – before moving on via Churwalden to Valbella and more specta-cular sights, along with sweeping views over the Lenzerheide. The Seilpark on the Alp Pradaschier, with the world’s longest sled run, is of course yet another spectacular sight (PostBus stop Churwalden, Post: Sesselbahn Pradaschier). Lenzerheide, too, offers active year-round fun; with the idyllic Heidsee lake that invites visitors to take a refreshing summer plunge; and Globi hiking trail that appeals to children and those young at heart (PostBus stop Lenzerheide, Post)! The Lenz sun-terrace offers delightful views over the Albulatal valley and, from this point, the Parc Ela nature reserve extends all the way to Bivio. One of many recommended proposals, is a hike from Savognin (PostBus stop Savognin, Posta) over the Alp Flix to one of the numerous PostBus stops that lie along this stretch i.e. PostBus stops Rona; Sur – and in summer there’s also an Alpin Bus connection with Alp Flix, leading to Marmorera, Dorf; Bivio, Posta. Bivio is door to the Julier Pass, where the European Rhein-Donau watershed flows, and location of the mountain-bike route over the Septimer Pass (PostBus stop Bivio, Posta). Following Silvaplana, with its unique lake-studded plateau, you find yourself in St Moritz and the realm of excellent hotels and exclusive shopping possibilities....and that’s not all! Here visitors also delight in the spectacle of horse racing on the region’s deep frozen lake, along with the regal polo snow sport, and the world’s one and only natural bob ice-run that all in all make the beautiful resort a Mecca for winter sport enthusiasts.

Parc Ela s’étend de là jusqu’à Bivio. Vous pourrez par exemple entreprendre une randonnée de Savognin (arrêt CarPostal de Savognin, posta) jusqu’à l’Alp Flix pour rejoindre ensuite l’un des nombreux arrêts CarPostal du trajet (arrêts CarPostal de Rona; Sur, station CarPostal (été: correspondance avec le bus alpin jusqu’à l’Alp Flix); Marmorera, village; Bivio, posta). Bivio constitue le point de départ pour le col du Julier, où se trouve la ligne européenne de partage des eaux du Rhin et du Danube, et pour l’itinéraire de VTT empruntant le col du Septimer (arrêt CarPostal Bivio, posta). Après Silvaplana et son plateau lacustre sans pareil, les hôtels de première classe de St-Moritz et ses offres de shopping exclusives vous attendent. Les courses de chevaux sur le lac gelé, le polo sur neige ou encore la seule piste de bob naturelle du monde font de cette station thermale La Mecque des fans de sports d’hiver.

Le Parc Ela comprend les 600 km2 des deux vallées al-pines de l’Albula et d’Oberhalbstein (Surses). L’objectif est ici de promouvoir le développement durable de la nature et de la culture indigène. Les nombreux chemins de randonnée de ce parc naturel vous feront découvrir comment les hommes et la nature peuvent vivre en har-monie.

Der grosse italienische Maler Gio-vanni Segantini verbrachte seine  letzten Jahre im Engadin. In seinen Werken thematisierte er immer  wieder die Alpen. Ihm zu Ehren  wurde 1908 das Segantini Museum in St. Moritz errichtet. Hier können Sie viele seiner Gemälde bewundern.

Il grande pittore italiano Giovanni  Segantini trascorse gli ultimi anni della sua vita nell’Engadina. Le Alpi erano un soggetto ricorrente delle sue opere. In suo onore nel 1908 è stato fondato a St. Moritz il Museo Segantini, dove potete ammirare molti dei suoi dipinti.

The grand Italian painter, Giovanni Segantini, spent the last years of his life in Engadine. And the Alps were  constantly a popular theme in his works; for which he was honoured, in 1908, with the founding of the  Segantini Museum in St Moritz. Here, many of his works can be admired.

Le grand peintre italien Giovanni Segantini passa les  dernières années de sa vie en Engadine. Les Alpes constituent un thème récurrent au sein de ses oeuvres. Le musée Segantini fut érigé en son honneur, à  St-Moritz, en 1908. Vous pourrez y admirer bon nombre de ses toiles.
