Drive along red outback roads and make your way to the mining town of Weipa to relax overlooking the Gulf of Carpentaria. One of the best spots for fishing is in Weipa as it has the perfect coastal location and the fish are plentiful. next on the itinerary are the small Aboriginal coastal communities of Bamaga and Seisia. Walk along the jetty in Seisia or hire a boat and explore the fascinating torres Strait. take the ferry over to thursday Island, a three square kilometre patch of paradise.
