UNDERSTANDING OUR bidim® ROLL LABELLING AND PACKAGING
Our bidim® ’A’ range nonwoven geotextiles are identified in accordance with “AS 3705 Geotextiles - Identification, Marking, and General Data”. Rolls are identified by the production identification label and decals attached to the outside wrapping.
Decals are shown below for identification and direction for unrolling our bidim® rolls. Additional production identification labels are also attached to the inside core of each roll.
A “JOIN” decal indicates a joint across the width of the bidim® roll and implies discontinuity of geotextile in the longitudinal direction. Roll codes denoted “Needle Free” include additional “NF” alphabetical characters at the end of the grade description. “Needle Free” is defined by Geofabrics as containing no more than 1mm2 of metal in the entire roll of geotextile.
