OUR BRAND The Sasy n Savy name, is unusually spelt, to encourage people to think outside the square.

Sassy means lively, bold, and full of spirit.

Savvy means making good judgement to achieve what you want out of life.

Our rose symbol embodies the essence of what we represent as Sasy n Savy the company. A symbol of love, beauty and youth, the rose shines brightly in everything that we do. We portray this by using Australian natural ingredients in our skincare products.

BIOGRAPHYSamea Maakrun MBA BBus (Acc) Founder and Managing Director of Sasy n Savy.

I have been working in the corporate and lifestyle industry since 1994. I am a qualified accountant and spent my early years consulting for various national and international corporations. During my travels, I forever encountered burnt-out individuals seeking to enhance, improve and feel better about themselves. In my mid 20’s the message of “creating wellbeing” became an increasing self theme, I became a frequent user of essential oils, an avid visitor to day spas and always steered towards a natural & holistic lifestyle. It made me feel good, balanced and mentally healthy.

I felt strongly about sharing this sensation, so it was at that point Sasy n Savy was conceived. I decided to channel these now life fundamentals into Sasy n Savy and developed a range of natural and organic aromatherapy and day spa products designed to tap into the emotional, physical and spiritual level of life.

RETURNS / DAMAGES You may return unopened, saleable merchandise within 10 working days. Please call for a return authorization number. Packages without a return authorization number clearly posted on the outside of the box will be refused.

PAYMENTNational Orders: We accept the following forms of payment:

a. Bank transfer – Details are on the final invoice.

b. Credit Card – We accept Visa, MasterCard , Bank card, Amex, China Union Pay. A 2% surcharge applies.

c. Cheque

SHIPPING Most orders are shipped within 48 hours, in urgent situations deliveries are also made on Saturday and Sunday (upon request). We will notify you by email if there will be a delay exceeding 5 business days. Large orders to be advised.

We ship our small orders using Fastways, Federal Express or Australia Post. Fastways, and Federal Express cannot deliver to a post office box.

For large orders they are sent either via air freight or sea freight. Our clients select method of shipment and inform us.

If you require special arrangements for receipt/delivery of your packages please arrange them with us in advance. Method of transport for international orders is confirmed with the client during the ordering stage.

Despatch occurs from Monday to Friday between 11am and 3pm.
