5. CONFIRMATION OF SERVICE At the time of confirmation of booking the client must

deposit 25% of the total price, liquidate the remaining

75% of five working days before your holiday or

of confirmation of reservations for all accommodation

or travel . Reserves the right to cancel any registration

for which payment has not been made in the conditions

6 . CHANGES If possible, whenever a customer is entered for a

particular host or travel, you want to change your

registration to another hotel or travel or the same, but

with different dates must pay the costs of change.

before the departure date or booking for which the

client is registered, or if service providers do not accept

the amendment is subject to the duties and taxes under

7 . SELL THE BOOKING

9 . CHANGES When there are compelling reasons, the organizing

agency may change the order of the titles , change the

start time or replacing one of the hotels planned or

similar category . If unforeseen circumstances force

you to suspend any travel or hotel reservations ,

customers will still be entitled to a refund of monies

paid .

10 . PRICES IN EFFECT

Price of the program are based on the costs of services

and rates of exchange prevailing at the date of printing

of the respective programs and are therefore subject to

change due to changes in the cost of transportation or

fuel , duties, taxes royalties and fluctuations in

exchange rates. Whenever there is a change in the

price , the customer will be informed immediately and

invited within which it is located , accept the increase

or cancel the same terms and conditions as provided by

the "impossibility of accomplishment. "

39 11 . REFUND Once started the journey or holiday is not due to any

refund for services not used by the customer. The failure

to provide services under stay or travel for reasons not

attributable to the agency program organization , and if

not replaced by another equivalent gives the customer the

right to be reimbursed the difference between the price of

services and actually provided.

12 . COMPLAINTS May be considered provided they are submitted in writing

to the Hotel , where Autentoturismo or made the booking

and payment of travel and no later than 15 days after the

end of services. The same , and in accordance with the

Council Directive of the European Union, should not be

accepted if they have been communicated to the

respective suppliers (hotels , guides, local agents, etc. )

during the trip or stay , even requiring , their documenting

the event.

13 . FAILURE OF CONFORMITY If this is not for acts attributable to Autentoturismo it must

be able to meet an essential service to a constant program

of travel, has the right to give the customer journey ,

immediately refunded all monies paid or , failing that,

accept an amendment and any price change . If these facts

are due to Autentoturismo can determine the cancellation

of travel or hotel booking , the customer can also choose

to take a substitute package of equivalent price. If travel

21 . CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS Payments by credit card are made by an external provider

23 . PRICES AND SIMULATIONS The prices listed on our site are not necessarily the same as

the prices of our office or one of our employees. And in
