Founder Stephen McDonnell is a leadership, team development & performance consultant, executive coach, facilitator of transformation & cultural change professional who has been helping organisations across a broad range of industries globally.
Stephen has a diverse background with varied knowledge achieved through leadership positions with organisations such as Arup Consulting Engineers, the Gaelic Players Association and One Young World. Stephen draws from his unique experience of regularly leading a team in a highly competitive setting and performing in front of crowds of up to 83,000 people and over 1million spectators on live TV. Stephen works with people who value their craft as much as he values his... he also likes to live a life unbound!

We are committed to doing a unique high impact workshop visit to a school or an underage team of the client’s choice for any corporate programmes of 6 months or over.
