Is My Employee Covered in an Auto Accident, if Sued?

Physical damage coverage for the employee’s vehicle would be provided under her own personal auto insurance policy.

However, liability would be provided by the employer’s policy, if properly endorsed with Employers’ Non-Ownership Liability.

Since your sister’s car is titled to her, she will need to obtain her own auto policy.

Yes you can, because you are the owner or co-owner of the vehicle.  The liability on your auto policy will protect you and your daughter. 

The driver (friend) of the vehicle will have liability coverage from her auto policy or the auto policy in her household.
