SafeDrain: reduce bacteriological risks

and facilitate the staff in their work.

1

The device has been designed and

developed to reduce unwanted and

dangerous inhalation and accidental

contact with harmful substance

bacteriologically.

Its use also facilitates and eases the

unloading and emptying of bags and

containers of organic liquid normally carried

by the operators.

The SafeDrain is equipped with an internal

tank for the collection of organic liquids

completely in stainless steel with a capacity

of 50 or 70 liters.

All connections of the hydraulic circuit are

stainless steel, including the level sensors,

allowing the SafeDrain a high degree of

safety and durability.

The suction takes place via an electric pump

diaphragm through a plastic trunking.

The quality of the material used in production,

make the device extremely quiet, easy to

use, easy to handle and safe.

2

The suction tube of organic liquids is

equipped with safety tap terminal and

adaptable to various types and models of

discharges of the bags.

All the operating steps are fully automatic

thanks to the use of an electronic system

reliable and safe. The automation of

SafeDrain also allows complete cleaning and

disinfection of the hydraulic system and the

collection tank simply by pressing the button

of washing.

The presence of a clear and bright display

lets you monitor and control all active phases

of the SafeDrain, The device is equipped with

a security system that blocks the function of

the load in the event of a full tank, to prevent

leakage.
