AUTOMATIC CAST IRON BOILER FOR SOLID FUELS

The cast iron warm water boiler ATTACK FD Automat is a modern heat source. The cast iron exchanger of high efficiency is placed on a steel stand. As a prescribed fuel are considered brown coal (up to the size of a nut 2 – b1).

The boiler is intended to heat the flats, family houses and small industrial plants. Thanks to the automatic fuel supply is the boiler able to ensure the stable operation of the central heating during the heating season and comfortable and economical warm water prep-aration during the summer.

The boiler consists of the high quality cast iron body to ensure long service life and minimum operating costs. It is equipped with a burner filled with fuel from the bottom part and burning in its upper part, the spiral feeder is included. The sheet metal covering of the boiler is insulated to ensure protection against the heat loss.

To satisfy the demands of all customers there is a variable boiler construction with left or right installation of the fuel container.

BOILER DESCRIPTIONThe boiler works only under the fully automatic mode of the fuel sup-

ply into the burner by the feeder from the container. The voluminous fuel container of 290 l ensures long operation of the boiler without need of intervention – even for 40 hours! Burning in the boiler is very simple, only the fuel and air must be supplied into the burner. The burner filled from the bottom serves to burn the brown coal and it is placed in the bottom steel chamber of the boiler. The fuel is supplied by a spiral feeder made from the quality thick steel ensuring durability and long service life. There is a protection against fuel burning in the container, even in the case of power shortage. The fully automatic burning is controlled by a modern electronics that brings high user comfort. Safety equipment includes the emergency thermostat against boiler overheating and tem-perature sensor in the fuel feeder against the fuel back-burn in the con-tainer. Thanks to the three big doors is the boiler maintenance simple. In the bottom part of the boiler, under the burner there is an ashtray that can be cleaned whenever it is necessary. There are cleaning and control openings also for the container and feeder that can be easily reached and used in the case of fuel change or from any other reason.
