All of our architectural louvres are designed to provide unparalleled customisation to suit any project:

• There are no fixed blade height limitations, the louvre blades are always customised to suit your opening sizes.

• Ability to utilise a wide range of commercial glazing not possible with domestic louvre systems.

• Blade holders can be frameless, semi-frameless or fully framed in appearance.

• Frame profiles can be either thermally broken or non thermally broken.

SLS BT90 Louvre Series

The SLS BT90 louvre has been designed to meet the new stringent energy efficiency requirements within the NCC. The thermally broken frames and option for double or triple glazing allows for U values as low 2.355 or if your preference is clear glazing then a value of around 3 is possible with a triple IGU.

In addition to the incredible thermal performance, the SLS BT90 has also been tested to AS2047, achieving 450Pa Resistance to Water Penetration at a span of 1740mm and passing the Air Infiltration requirements for air conditioned buildings due to its incredibly low air infiltration rate.

The SLS BT90 system allows for 28-44mm IGU’s and can also be glazed with aluminium sandwich panel for an all metal finish in blade heights of up to 500mm.

Acoustic performance is dependent on glass selection, the SLS BT90 can achieve values as high as Rw 44.

EBSA LOUVRESOur partnership with German manufacturer Schneider Louvres provides us with one of the largest ranges of louvre systems in the world. A distinguishing factor is that nearly every one of these systems has been designed with input from our Australian R&D team ensuring the products exceed the requirements of AS2047 something that many European louvres fail to achieve.

G12 BS and FS Louvres

The G12 BS and FS systems provide a frameless glass louvre option when aesthetics are important. Unlike end pivoting louvres there are no seals on the horizontal glass edges providing unrivalled panoramic views.

The BS system is a centre pivot overlapping glass on glass design. The precision German manufacturing enables the G12 BS to achieve 300Pa for water penetration.

The FS system is a stepped laminated glass on glass design which provides a flush (not overlapping) glazing line. As with the BS system, the precise manufacturing tolerances make this solution possible and this is reflected in increased water penetration of up to 500Pa.

Both systems can accomodate from 11.52 up to 17.52mm glazing with blade heights up to 330mm.

Acoustic performance is dependent on glass selection, the system is tested up to Rw36.

FIXED LOUVRE BRACKETSThe fixed louvre bracket was developed for simple and fast installation of overlapping glass facades. The securing system does not require any drilling or glass machining, installation can be completed quickly and easily due to the small number of components required. The system can accommodate a range of glass sizes from 8mm to 12mm without any change of hardware.

Large Format Louvres When large format end pivoting louvres are required, either the double or triple glazedMP2 system or the single glazed LF550 provide the perfect solution.

MP2 Louvre System

The MP2 is a thermally broken large format end pivoting louvre and is available in both a framedor frameless version.

The frameless version utilises a stepped IGU which is structurally glazed so as to provide an all glassappearance whereas the framed version allows the use of a wide range of standard IGU's from28-44mm.

A key feature of the MP2 is that the operating mechanisms retract into the louvre frames and themotors are fully concealed giving the appearance of fixed glazing when in the closed position. The MP2 sets the performance benchmark for all other louvre systems, up to 1000Pa for waterpenetration, ultimate limit state of -10.3kPa / + 11.2kPa and no detectable air infiltration at 75Pa.The air infiltration at 600Pa is similar to that of a fixed facade making the MP2 ideal for high riseapplications.

LF550 Frameless Glass Louvre System

The LF550 is a true “operable facade”, capable of wide spans and large blade heights which assumes the appearance of a fixed facade when in the closed position.

The design of the system is such that the glass is positioned to the front (outside) of the mullions not between the mullions as is the case with traditional louvres. This allows for continuous glass spans of up to 5m using intermediate mullions and minimises the exposed aluminium framing. The operating mechanisms, gearboxes and motors are concealed within the louvre frame.

A full perimeter seal provides exceptional air and water tightness and makes the LF550 unique in that it has been certified to AS2047 at a span of 1990mm whilst achieving 700Pa water penetration and extremely low air infiltration rates.

The system can accomodate glass from 11.52 up to 21.52mm.

Due to its design the LF550 returns near glass only acoustic performance, e.g Rw37 on 12.76mm laminated glass.

EBSA LOUVRES

At EBSA we advocate that the complete solution should be provided by a single companyensuring all of the various elements are designed and installed to work as a complete system.

There are three basic elements:

1. Actuators / Drives - used to operate the window/louvre/skylight

2. Cabling - whether it is fire rated or just for ventilation, the cabling is the backbone of the system and if not done right affects all of the other elements.

3. Controls - the right control solution can take an electrically operated window and transform it into natural ventilation or smoke relief system.

Our extensive range allows us to offer solutions tailored to each project, whether that is a simple switch on a wall, from a smart-phone or a digital solution fully integrated with the BMS for ventilationand/or Fire Systems for smoke control.

FIXED AND OPERABLE GLASS ROOFS

The LAMILUX CI System Glass Architecture PR60 is the only mullion and transom daylight system to meet the strict energy requirements for Passive House certification. The glass roof design is tailored to your building project and is based on a highly flexible mullion-transom system and enables almost all conceivable shapes at angles between zero and 90 degrees: from saddleback and hipped roofs, pyramids and arched roofs to fully customised geometries.

Glass Architecture PR60

The EPDM outer seal and the special arrangement of the frame profiles enables unobstructed drainage of rainwater before it can enter the construction. The seal system, which was specially developed for the inner sealing layer ensures efficient ventilation of the glazing rebate and controlled water and condensate drainage. If water does find its way into the construction, the secondary water drainage takes effect thanks to the jointless and overlapping seal system which ensures unobstructed drainage without damaging the glazing rebate, eliminating glass discolouration which occurs in traditional systems.

In combination with the PR60s’ own insulation core, the seal system provides optimum isothermal lines. As the entire construction is thermally separated, the glass roof becomes the active energy manager of the building: The heat stays outside in summer and inside in

winter.

The PR60 is provided as a complete system and can span up to 4m wide and an almost unlimited length due to its modular design.

The system can also incorporate a ventilation flap to provide natural ventilation and/or to be utilised for smoke relief, the newly updated design has the lowest upstand on the market and

can also be utilised as part of our Passive House certified solutions.

FE Skylight The FE Skylight range comes in both standard and custom sizes in 8 different glazing configurations. They have been designed without any thermal bridges to offer the highest level of thermal performance enabling daylight and ventilation without compromising energy efficiency.

A patented structural ribbing uses the heat energy of the air within the room below the base for the glazing. This increases the surface temperature in the aluminium frame which results in a flawless isothermal line and minimises the risk of condensation.

LAMILUX FE skylights are available as fixed or operable models with manual or automated operation.

Available as a custom size or one of 39 standard sizes up to 2000mm x 2000mm
