High-Voltage Network Transmition energy to move a electric vehicle
High-voltage Under-floor Harness
A hybrid electric vehicle uses this high-voltage, DC harness under the floor to connect the high-voltage battery in the rear part and the inverter in the engine room in the front part of the vehicle. The three-dimensional high-voltage harness is equipped with aluminium pipe for the exterior that functions as a shield and protector as well.

In consideration of the environment, the high-voltage cable uses a halogen-free material for the insulator and lead-free PVC for the sheath. Moreover, the cable is so flexible that it is suitable to cars that require long-distance high-tension circuit, such as hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs).

High-voltage Connector
These high-voltage connectors, which are sealed against water and electromagnetic interference, are suited for use in high-voltage wiring of electric vehicles including hybrid vehicles and fuel-cell powered vehicles. These are used to electrically connect motor, inverter and battery.

For the fuel cell (FC) stack that generate electricity by a chemical reaction between hydrogen and oxygen, we produce subharness-es used in the FC stack and high-voltage cable for hydrogen pump and air compressor for oxygen.

Celmet™ consists of a porous metal body whose frame has three-dimensional network structure like sponge. Compared to other porous metal, Celmet™ has much higher porosity of maximum 98%. The cell size ranges in 8 levels from 0.45 to 3.2 mm, and excellent workability enables easy processing such as cutting and pressing.

Cell Gaskets
The development of these gaskets for cells, which maintain the flows of hydrogen and oxygen inside the fuel cell and improve the emission of the water that is produced, has enabled the development of FC stacks that are higher performing, smaller, and lighter. Furthermore, we fused our precision processing technology built up through developing products such as automobile anti-vibration rubber, and the high-performance rubber, which has long-term sealing properties across a wide range of temperatures, thereby ensuring the long-term reliability of FCs.

Alminium Alloy Wires and Rods for Forging and Machining
Aluminium-alloy wire and bar for forging and machining are processed in an unique continious cast-rolling method and contribute to weight reduction of automotive parts. Comparing to an extrusion method, finer grain size and larger coil (max. 2t) are available. It enables high forgeability and machine-processability, resulting in higher yield and productivity.

High Strength Alminium Harness
This is a wiring harness lightened by using thin aluminium wire of stranded structure. First in the world, we released new aluminium alloy wire that is strong and high vibration-resistant compared with conventional aluminium wire. Oil Pump Rotors
Internal gear pump rotors are powder metallurgy parts widely used in oil pumps of automobile engines, automatic transmissions, continuously variable transmissions, lubrication of power division mechanism for HEV and electric pump application. Our pump rotors are able to reduce the driving torque and the size of these automotive equipment, due to our original rotor's tooth profile.

The DSSS is designed to prevent trac accidents. This system transmits trac information through roadside unit to on-board devices, to warn drivers about unexpected situations. Based on the incoming data from roadside units and driving status, on-board devices provide information to drivers.

The sound controlling and insulation products, such as engine covers, magnetic induction foaming (MIF), and spacers, shut out noises from engines and motors to keep the inside of the cabin quiet. Urethane is used for the engine cover due to its heat resistant and sound absorption and insulating properties, realizing a high degree of noise reduction even on the engine parts with high temperatures. We manufacture interior parts such as headrests and armrests that have a pleasant texture but also have excellent shock resistance.
