Distance Selling Regulations

How do Stressdots® work?

When you are stressed there is an

increase in muscle tension, the blood

vessels near the skins surface

constrict and the temperature of your

hands and feet decreases.

Similarly as you relax, your hands and

feet become warmer and blood flows

more freely.

The colour changes of the Stressdot®

simply and graphically demonstrate

the changes in the body's stress

levels.

How to use Stressdots® Peel off a dot when you are ready to

use it and note where to place it.

Remember to wear the Stressdot® on

the fleshy part of the joint between

the first finger and thumb on the back

of the hand (the inside of the wrist

can also provide an effective reading).

The Stressdot® can change colour

from black to violet (as shown in the

chart above) depending upon how

stressed/relaxed you are.
