Terms and Conditions of Reward Redemption:1. Cardholders must redeem the Gift Certificate at designated redemption

counters located at Participating Malls during Redemption Hours on the same transaction day in person. Cardholders must present the original copies ofvalid machine-printed merchant sales invoices, corresponding ICBC CreditCard sales slips, together with the ICBC Credit Card bearing the same cardnumber on the sales slips to redeem the Gift Certificate. Cardholders can only redeem Gift Certificate after the above documents have been verifiedsuccessfully by staff members at the Participating Malls. Cardholder mustredeem in person and staff members at the Participating Malls reserves theright to ask for identity proof for verification purpose.

2. Spending and redemption by the same ICBC Credit Card must be completed at the same Participating Mall. Each eligible sales slip and merchant salesinvoice can only be used for redemption once and cannot be re-used in other promotional offers (except points registration of The Point by SHKP integrated loyalty programme). If only deposit is paid in that transaction, the eligibleamount will be the paid deposit on the same day, instead of the total amountof the transaction. The remaining balance cannot be used to participate in any other promotional activities (except points registration of The Point by SHKPintegrated loyalty programme). Remaining balance can be used to participate in the Program only if the deposit has not been used for participating in anypromotional activities before (except points registration of The Point by SHKP integrated loyalty programme). Presentation of the original copies of merchant sale invoices and sales slips of the deposit is required at redemption forverification.

3. Only the original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoices and thecorresponding sales slips issued to cardholders by merchants of Participating Malls are accepted. Valid invoices must be issued within the opening hours of the merchants at the Participating Malls. The opening hours of the merchants display on Participating Malls’ websites shall be final. The original copy ofsales invoices should clearly indicate the merchant name, transaction date,transaction amount and sales items. Sales slips should clearly indicate theICBC Credit Card card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount, valid authorization code and cardholder's signature (if applicable). Acardholder will not be eligible for the Offers if he / she cannot present theoriginal copies of sales invoice from merchants with consistent informationincluding ICBC Credit Card card number, merchant name, transaction date,transaction amount, cardholder’s original sales slips and/or eligible ICBCCredit Card, or information provided by the cardholder is insufficient. All sales slip and machine-printed merchant sales invoices will be considered as invalid if it is damaged, expired or does not clearly indicate the transaction date, time, amount, currency, or has an incomplete card number.

4. Merchant invoices, receipts or sales slips from the following merchants ortransactions will not be accepted for the Offers: Apple Store, travel agencies,fitness and beauty centers, cross-border buses, properties agencies, elderlyhomes, medical and dental/clinic services, carwash, car care services or thepurchase of parking cards, kiosks, exhibition venues and temporary exhibition booths / pop-up store, tenants in office buildings, hotels, banking services,insurance premiums, money exchange shops, tuition, membership fee or any other monthly fees, the purchase or topping-up of an Octopus or value-added or payment services, mail, fax, email or phone orders, online shopping (except the online purchase of movie tickets), telecommunication fees or the purchase of calling cards, the purchase of tickets (such as mall events and concerttickets), the purchase of admission tickets to Ma Wan Park Noah’s Ark or sky 100 Hong Kong Observation Deck, trade-in transactions or productredemptions, the purchase and use of cash coupons, gift cards, or giftcertificates, including SHKP Mall Gift Certificates and e-Gift Certificates,membership cards, bonus point cards, discount cards or value-added cards,food coupons (including but not limited to bakery, mooncake, rice dumplingand Chinese preserved sausage vouchers), the purchase of gold grains, barsor deposit for gold saving club, any split transaction or payment settled bycash, or any non-eligible transactions determined by SHK Real or Participating Malls. Any photocopied, handwritten or duplicated invoices, receipts or sales slips and bank bills / statement will not be accepted. Transactions do notinclude the cancelled, refunded, forgery or unsettled transactions and anyother types of transactions specified by the Bank from time to time.

5. The Point by SHKP member can redeem the rewards and earn bonus pointsat the same time. Points registration must be done during redemption and isnot applicable to self-registration in SHKP Malls App or WeChat official account.

6. During the redemption, staff members of redemption counters at theParticipating Malls have the right to make photocopies of the merchant salesinvoices and record the cardholder's name, part of the ICBC Credit Card card number (the first 6 digit and last 4 digit card number or first 12/16 digit of ICBC Credit Card card number) and information on merchant sales invoices andsales slips. The personal information collected will only be used for thisProgram. Provision of the above information by the cardholders representsthat cardholders agree to the collection and understand the purpose ofcollection. All personal information collected will be destroyed after thePromotional Period.

7. All original copies of merchant sales invoices will be stamped by staffmembers of redemption counters at the Participating Malls after verification.Cardholders cannot request refund from merchants with the sales invoicesthat have been stamped. The transaction amount that exceeds the minimumspending requirement cannot be used in other promotion.

9. Gift Certificate or YATA Gift Certificate will not be re-issued in case of loss ordamage. Gift Certificate or YATA Gift Certificate cannot be cancelled, changed, transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash under any condition once it isissued.

11. Cardholders have accepted and agreed to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the Offers, if he/she redeemed the Gift Certificate or YATA Gift Certificate.

12. Staff members of SHK Real, Participating Malls and participating merchantsare not allowed to join the Offers. Sales personnel of merchants atParticipating Malls cannot redeem Gift Certificate or YATA Gift Certificate onbehalf of the cardholders under any circumstances.

13. Account of the cardholders must be valid and without any arrears ofrepayment record throughout the Promotional Period or at the time theredeemed Gift Certificate or YATA Gift Certificate is awarded. If cardholderscancel any transactions which have been counted under the Offers after theGift Certificate or YATA Gift Certificate has been awarded, the Bank has theright to debit the amount equivalent to the value of Gift Certificate or YATA Gift Certificate to the relevant card account without further notice.

14. In case of fraud or abuse, the Bank, SHK Real and Participating Malls reserve the right to disqualify the cardholders immediately and retain the right for legal action. The Participating Malls reserve the right to get back the Gift Certificate or YATA Gift Certificate for cancelled or returned transactions.

15. The Bank, SHK Real and Participating Malls shall not take any responsibilityfor any disputes related to the promotion mechanism.
