1. The machine used for containers, labels and glue for which it has been fitted/

intended for.

2.  Now operate the machine b hand, in cloc!wise direction. "ith the help of handwheel. Its must be possible to operate the machine with ease.

3. #lace the labels in to the label bo$ and loosen them b hand.

4. %hec! whether the labels are easil sliding in to the label bo$. If not ad&ust the

upper plate and side plate b loosening side screws and retightening the sameafter chec!ing of ease of labels sliding.

5.  'o(ement of the containers is to be loc!ed b mean of the feed loc!.

6.  Now, place the containers to be labeled in front of the feed loc!.

. Turn main switch from the )O**+ #osition to )ON+ position and the red lamplights up at the push button station bo$ indicating the machine is read for the

operation.

!. To start the dual speed motor and set the speed turn rotar switch either left or

right to turn machine at low speed of high speed respecti(el.

". Insert glue clinder into the glue bo$. *eed correct glue, suitable for the label andthe container and properl agitate the same.

1#. Insert glue roller into the pea! lower pac! upper.

11. -d&ust the glue stopper plate in such a wa that the thin film of glue is transferred

into the glue roller.

12. Operate ellow inch button of the push button station and manuall press the

micro switch le(er located at the opposite side of the feed worm.13.  %hec! (er carefull the pic! up the label from label bo$ on to the label ta!er b

wa of (acuum and subseuentl onto the main clinder also b (acuum.

14. #hoto sensing de(ice located on the left hand side of the main clinder sense the

label b refle$tion method and allow the guide roller to mo(e for appling glue onthe label.

15. the sensor photo sensing de(ice is ad&ustable from 3 to mm from the main

clinder depending upon the refle$tion sensing reuired for each different label.

16. it is (er important to chec! at this point the distance between the stripper finger

and the main clinder which about 4 of label thic!ness to ensure that the label is

not pic!ed up b the glue roller during and after appling glue.1. 5emo(e the labels manuall from the main clinder.

1!. Now allow the container through feed loc!.

1". The label be on the main clinder and &ust about 1mm behind awa from thecontainer, when container is entering at the pressing de(ice on the con(eor.

 pressing belt for neat and firm fi$ation.

25. To stop the machine press red push button.

26. To stop (acuum pump switch off the actuator.
