Our premises are let on a range of leases and we aim to be as flexible as possible in order to
accommodate your business needs. The terms of leases vary for each property e.g. some are
let on internal repairing terms whilst others may be let on a full repairing basis. It is important

Rates Payable:- For 2011/12 properties with a rateable value (RV) of £18,000 or more, pay
43.3p in the pound, while properties with an RV of less than £18,000 benefit from a reduced
rate of 42.6p in the pound. To evaluate the rates payable, simply multiply the RV by the
appropriate rate in the pound. Small businesses may also be entitled to further reductions.
