COLLAGEN AND ELASTIN

Collagen and eastin are essential components for skin health. Collagen is a protein composed of several amino-acids and is responsible to hold the skin together, giving it its firmness and elasticity. Over time collagen production slows down and structures become weaker causing the skin to thin, sag and wrinkle. When collagen is added to anti-aging skin care it is known to prevent the collapse of collagen which aids in the reduction of fine lines and wrinkles. Elastin gives skin its elasticity and solidity.
