The Pampamilya Insurance program consists of a comprehensive insurance cover that aims to fully protect the principal insured and his family by providing financial assistance in the event of the following:

a. Death, bodily injury and hospitalization due to accident

b. Property damages

A. PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE: Accidental Death and Dismemberment

Provides indemnity for the loss of life, dismemberment or disablement of arms or legs, and/or loss of sight due to an accident to the insured and his/her family.

By “accident”, it means a sudden or unforeseen event that results to bodily injury or loss of life.

Burial Assistance Provides financial benefit to the principal

insured and his/her family as burial assistance in the event of death due to accident.

Educational Assistance Provides financial benefit to the principal

insured’s family or beneficiary as educational assistance in the event of the insured’s death due to accident.

B. HOSPITALIZATION BENEFIT: Daily Hospital Income Benefit

Provides financial assistance to the principal insured and his/her family on a daily basis in the event of hospitalization due to accident and sickness.

Medical Reimbursement Provides benefits to the principal insured and

his/her family for the medical treatment or hospital expenses incurred due to accident, in excess of any existing medical benefits such as PhilHealth.

Extended Medical Attention Cover Extended coverage of daily hospital income

benefit for the principal insured.

C. FIRE AND CALAMITY ASSISTANCE:

Fire Assistance Financial assistance is provided to the principal

insured and his/her family in case of total loss of the residence due to fire.

Calamity Assistance Financial assistance is provided to the principal

insured and his/her family in the event of total loss of the residence due to

earthquake, typhoon or flood.

WHO ARE ELIGIBLE? Any person and his spouse aged 18

to 65 years, and their children (maximum of 4) aged 1 to 21 years.

WHAT IS THE SCOPE OF COVERAGE? The term of coverage is for one

year, starting at 12 noon (Manila Standard Time) of the date of inception. The plan is effective worldwide.
