Avocado Case Study Larger Fruit with Higher Nutrion When Using BAM-FX™ The effects of BAM-FX were evaluated through a Hass avocado field study with a grower in Temecula, California during the period February 2015 through March 2016. The objecve was to restore tree vigor, smulate new growth and produce fruit. A total of 52 trees, each approximately 10-12 feet in height, were used in the trial. 42 trees were treated with BAM-FX and standard ferlizer protocol with a 10-tree control using only standard ferlizer protocols. Three separate BAM-FX treatments of root drench and/or foliar spray were applied. All trees selected had measurable Zinc deficiency, significant signs of p burn from exposure to low temperatures and had struggled to grow or produce fruit for the past several years, primarily resulng from Nitrogen deficiency and excessive Chloride levels in the trees. Results As a result of just one season’s applicaon of BAM-FX, leaf analysis conducted by Fruit Growers Lab, Inc., in independent lab, showed BAM-FX increased Zinc and Nitrogen levels, reduced Chloride levels while improving the Phosphorus to Zinc rao. Avocado Case Study Larger Fruit with Higher Nutrition When Using BAM-FX™

The effects of BAM-FX were evaluated through a Hass avocado field study with a grower in

Temecula, California during the period February 2015 through March 2016. The objective was to

restore tree vigor, stimulate new growth and produce fruit. A total of 52 trees, each approximately

10-12 feet in height, were used in the trial. 42 trees were treated with BAM-FX and standard

fertilizer protocol with a 10-tree control using only standard fertilizer protocols. Three separate

BAM-FX treatments of root drench and/or foliar spray were applied. All trees selected had

measurable Zinc deficiency, significant signs of tip burn from exposure to low temperatures and

had struggled to grow or produce fruit for the past several years, primarily resulting from Nitrogen

deficiency and excessive Chloride levels in the trees.

Results

As a result of just one season’s application of BAM-FX, leaf analysis conducted by Fruit Growers Lab, Inc.,

in independent lab, showed BAM-FX increased Zinc and Nitrogen levels, reduced Chloride levels while

improving the Phosphorus to Zinc ratio. The BAM-FX treated trees exhibited significantly improved

vitality expressed by growth, fruit yield and quality:

Recommended Application Method, Frequency and Rate for Avocado Trees

The suggested protocol is fully customizable and can be adjusted to meet your specific needs. The

positive results obtained during the field study with the Hass avocado grower used the following

application protocol:

1st application prior to flowering at 1 oz. BAM-FX/gallon of water foliar and 1 oz. BAM-FX/gallon of water root drench .

2nd application prior to fruit set, but during flowering at the same rate and method as 1st application. 3rd application approximately two months later at 0.5 oz. BAM-FX/gallon of water foliar application .

Based on a number of successful avocado trials, a significant ROI can be obtained with a 4 oz. BAM-FX/

gallon of water root drench before budding and flowering and a follow on foliar application at 2 oz.

BAM-FX/gallon of water after fruit set and during “Summer Flush”.

ALWAYS REFER TO AND FOLLOW BAM-FX LABEL APPLICATION AND SAFE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS.

About the BAM-FX™ Chemistry

BAM-FX (Bio-Available Minerals-Formula X) is a highly positively charged cationic Zinc2+ and cationic

Copper2+ solution balanced together in a specific ratio, along with sulfate and ammonium. This unique blend of

positive electrical charge, together with only the most bioavailable forms of these four elements (Zn, Cu, S, N),

results in a micro and macronutrient product that is far superior to all others in terms of application and

delivery of these nutrients where they are needed inside leaves and roots. Because these nutrients are

transported throughout the plant systemically, this proprietary formulation has many apparent positive effects,

such as faster seed germination and seedling growth, improved environmental stress tolerance, increased

biomass and greater yield and quality. BAM-FX works best when used as a foliar or root based application and

can be used safely in conjunction with a wide variety of other products. Contact your local CCA or PCA for more

details on rates and applications for your specific crop type and region.
