ments ("ads") on the Aiation Toda website as reqested b the ndersigned Adertiser. Adertiser has designated
ndersigned Agenc to act on its behal. unless Adertiser gies Pblisher written direction limiting the athorit
Agenc, an commnication that Pblisher ma receie rom Agenc will be deemed to be gien on behal o, and bin
on, Adertiser, and an commnication gien b Pblisher to Agenc will be deemed to hae been gien to, and wi
binding on, Adertiser. Pblisher will not be bond b, and will disregard, terms and conditions appearing on inser
orders or cop instrctions which confict with proisions o this rate card. No ad will be pblished nless a sig
insertion order setting ot the ad terms to inclde start and end dates is receied b Pblisher. I Adertiser can
dring the corse o a campaign, Adertiser will be billed or the entire month in which the cancellation is recei
I the campaign is based on impressions, Adertiser will be billed or the impressions expected (based on a mon
contract aerage) in the month in which the cancellation is receied. Ad cancellations will not be considered athor
b Adertiser nless written conrmation thereo is receied b Pblisher. unless cop changes are specied
Adertiser in writing prior to ad commencement date, Adertisers most recent ad will be inserted. Adertise
responsible or checking the ad or corrections and proiding prompt written notice o errors or changes. Pblishe
not responsible or correcting an error in an ad nless Adertiser has notied Pblisher in writing. I all necessar
materials are not receied b Pblisher prior to the ad commencement date, Pblisher can not garantee incls
o sch materials. All ads are sbject to approal b Pblisher. In its sole and absolte discretion, Pblisher
rese an ad sbmitted and ma cancel an order or an ad. Althogh eorts will be made to compl with positio
reqests, nal positioning o ads is at the sole discretion o the Pblisher. In no eent will adjstments or re
be made becase o the position o an ad. The Adertiser or their Agenc will be billed a premim not less t
15% o earned gross rate or adertising materials prodced b the Pblisher. Adertiser and Agenc agree, jo
and seerall, to indemni and hold Pblisher harmless rom an loss, liabilit, damage, claim or expense, incl
reasonable attornes ees and all other costs o litigation or settlement, arising ot o or attribtable to the Adertis
ads. Pblishers right o indemnication extends, withot limitation, to an claims or libel, slander, inasion o pri
nair trade practices, copright inringement or trademark inringement. Pblisher will not be responsible or an l
or damage (inclding, withot limitation, conseqential damages) o an kind arising ot o, or attribtable to, er
or omissions in ads except or Pblishers ailre to correct errors clearl commnicated in writing b Adertiser
receied b Pblisher. In no eent will Pblishers liabilit or an ad exceed the amont charged b Pblisher or s
ad. Pament b Adertiser is de in ll 30 das rom inoice date. I not paid within 30 das, a late charge eq
to the greater o $5.00 or 1.5% o the npaid inoice will be atomaticall added to the inoice amont per mon

the extent permitted b law, Pblisher ma charge and collect rom Adertiser and Agenc, jointl and seerall,

amonts, late charges and interest. An inoice sbmitted to Adertiser will be deemed conclsie as to its correctn
nless Adertiser proides a written, detailed objection to Pblisher within 30 das o inoice date.
