Terms and Conditions

1. Customers who purchase an AXA Early Saver policy with annual premiums of SGD 4,800 and above will receive a Friends of the Zoo one-year membership of the Singapore Zoo for up to 2 Adults and 5 Children (the “Gift”). Each eligible policyholder, as de�ned in the AXA Early Saver policy (by NRIC/Passport Number/Birth Certi�cate Number), will only be eligible for one (1) Gift. The same policyholder with multiple AXA Early Saver policies (even if the Life Assureds are different) can be entitled to one (1) Gift, as long as the total annual premiums of all his/her policies are SGD 4,800 or higher.

2. This promotion is applicable for new AXA Early Saver policy applications submitted and received by AXA Life Insurance Singapore Private Limited ("AXA Life") between 22 January 2016 to 15 April 2016 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion").

3. The relevant AXA Early Saver policy must be incepted by 30 April 2016 to be eligible for this Promotion.

4. Policyholders who qualify for this Promotion (and have their AXA Early Saver policies still in force) will receive a redemption voucher and application form from AXA Life via email by 30 June 2016. The redemption voucher and application form will be emailed to policyholders at the email address provided on the relevant AXA Early Saver promotion �yer.

5. To collect the Gift, policyholders will need to present the redemption voucher and application form as well as their NRIC/Passport at the Singapore Zoo Membership Services Centre. Redemption can only be done at the Singapore Zoo Membership Services Centre for up to 2 Adults and 5 Children at the point of redemption, and will be subjected to the existing membership Terms and Conditions of the Singapore Zoo.

6. In the event that a policyholder is unable to collect the Gift personally, the policyholder may complete the authorization form to authorize another party to collect the Gift on his or her behalf. A copy of the policyholders’ NRIC/Passport together with the authorized party’s NRIC/Passport must be presented at point of collection.

7. The Gift must be collected no later than three (3) months from the date of the redemption voucher.

8. The Gift is NOT exchangeable for cash or any other promotional items/gifts.

9. AXA Life reserves the right to replace or substitute the Gift with another item of equivalent value without giving eligible policyholders prior notice.

10. All decisions made by AXA Life in connection with this Promotion (including the interpretation of these terms and conditions) shall be �nal and binding on all participants of the Promotion. Appeals will NOT be entertained.

11. AXA Life shall NOT be liable for any liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses in connection with or resulting from this Promotion and/or the Gift.
