Vraddhi svadhamnaiva sarvesham vipareetaih viparyayah‘if accumulation is going on, do opposite of that’for eg in the evening if you have a heavy stomach, drop one evening meal.Don’t allow Chaya to become Prakopa.

In Prakopa it becomes intense and you get strange feelings, not able to work. The moment you feel uneasy, ‘langhanam parama aushadham’Withdraw everything - food and other things also. Just chant 64 rounds that day.Do 100% langanam - stop management, preachingIt is only due to Raja and Tama it has come to Prakopa. Don’t increase it.Raja, Tama -> Prakopa -> increases Raja and TamaThis war will continue till the last day of our life.
