ABSTRACT

All Praise is due to Allah I Alone… And may His Peace and Blessings be upon Prophet Muhammad e… Atif Khan, a teenager hailing from Mohallah Qazi Abad, Peshawar, was arrested by the Mujahideen in Miran Shah on the grounds of serving as an arrester and a target killer for the Pakistan Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and the private US Security Agency, famously known as “Blackwater” (also known as Xe Services LLC, “Academi” or TIS [Total Intelligence Solutions]) . This 9th Grade teenager was trained jointly by ISI and Blackwater at CID center, Peshawar in January, 2014 and was subsequently tasked with killing or arresting several prominent Afghan Taliban Mujahideen and one Pakistani Mujahid. The teenager successfully completed 9 out of the 10 missions assigned to him, before being captured during his 10th mission. A week after being captured, Atif Khan confessed to his crime and revealed the entire story of his brief career as a target killer and kidnapper for ISI and Blackwater. This report details his story as well as some insight on Blackwater secret activity in Pakistan, and the role of ISI in secret detainments, co-operation with foreign mercenaries and killings of the people of the country

THE SECRET US WAR IN PAKISTAN AND THE TREACHERY OF THE RULERS AND THE MILITARY

In a news report published by Press TV on 22nd December, 2013 under the title “Pakistan Orders Arrest of Blackwater Agents”, it was mentioned: “According to Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence

(ISI), Blackwater agents are still operating in the country. The Xe Services operatives were reportedly involved in the assassination of senior leader of Haqqani terrorist network Nasiruddin Haqqani on the outskirts of Islamabad on November 10”.

Blackwater which is a private security company, based in the United States, notorious for its murderous charades and target killing expertise, operates under various pseudo names throughout the world such as Academi, Xe Services, Blackwater SELECT, Total Intelligence Solutions (TIS) etc. Jeremy Scahill, a reporter for The Nation, US reported in an article published in 2009, under the title “The Secret US War in Pakistan”:

“At a covert forward operating base run by the US Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC)1 in the Pakistani port city of Karachi, members of an elite division of Blackwater are at the center of a secret program in which they plan targeted assassinations of suspected Taliban and Al Qaeda operatives, “snatch and grabs” of high-value targets and other sensitive action inside and outside Pakistan”.

Author of the bestseller “Blackwater: Rise of the World’s Most Powerful Mercenary Army”, Scahill mentioned in his article some of his findings:

“The Blackwater operatives also assist in gathering intelligence and help direct a secret US military drone bombing campaign that runs parallel to the well-documented CIA predator strikes, according to a well-placed source within the US military intelligence apparatus.”

Pakistan has become a hub for anti-Muslim activities. The rulers who year in, year out take votes from the masses in the name of nationalistic slogans sell out their religion as well as their country for a few meager dollars every time a call from their masters reaches their ears. For a long time, Pakistan denied both Blackwater presence in Pakistan, as well as a liaising role in the drone strikes that long continue to haunt the north-western region of the country. In both cases, such claims of the Government, as well as the rulers, have been proven to be utterly false. Both target-killing of Pakistani people, as well as drone strikes of innocent people have been continuing since as early as 2006.1. It was mentioned by a “well-placed source within the US Military Intelligence apparatus” who “has worked on covert US Military programs for years, including in Afghanistan and Pakistan” and who “has direct knowledge of Blackwater involvement”, in his revelations to Jeremy Scahill:

“In 2006, the United States and Pakistan struck a deal that authorized JSOC to enter Pakistan to hunt Osama bin Laden with the understanding that Pakistan would deny it had given permission.”2

The US claims not to have breached Pakistan’s territorial sovereignty. The rulers and military of Pakistan also deny this. However, the aforementioned statements prove their falsehood and treachery to the nation. The US was (and is) directly involved in a secret assassination campaign within Pakistan since 2006! Furthermore, the JSOC is works with Blackwater as the “military intelligence source” clarified:

“Blackwater’s operations in Pakistan are not done through State Department contracts or publicly identified Defense contracts: ‘It’s Blackwater via JSOC, and it’s a classified no-bid [contract] approved on a rolling basis.’” 3

In a leak published on the Wikileaks website in 2010, a US embassy communication cable from the then US Amabassador Anne W. Patterson stated that “The Pakistan Army approved the deployment of U.S. Special Operations Forces, which include elements from the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC); (they) were embedded in the Pakistan Army’s 11th Corps to provide support for operations targeting militant groups in North and South Waziristan and other areas of Pakistan. The extent of these actions would include assisting in training but also to conduct ‘offensive combat operations’. These actions by JSOC elements would be mainly providing intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance assets such as drone UAV aircraft.”

In August 2009, the New York Times reported that Blackwater works for the CIA at “hidden bases in Pakistan and Afghanistan, where the company’s contractors assemble and load Hellfire missiles and 500-pound laser-guided bombs on remotely piloted Predator aircraft.”

Operation of drones and target killings in Pakistan are carried out by these US mercenaries, either under the name of JSOC or Blackwater. Not only are the “militants” the target of such operations, but these brutal soldiers probably kill citizens of Pakistan as well, bombing marketplaces and enveloping dead bodies inside rags and throwing them in rivers. Quite possibly, bomb explosions in marketplaces, fruit and vegetable markets and common Muslim areas are done by these callous mercenaries who roam the streets of the country without a blockade.

The case of missing persons in Pakistan has unraveled the ugly face of the Pakistan Army and their American masters. Hundreds of sons of the Islamic Ummah were arrested, brutally tortured and kept in dungeon cells unknown to the sun or the outer world. Many are still imprisoned within these secret ISI detainment centers, while others spend their lives behind the bars of Guantanamo Bay among other “facilities”.

About the secret US war and target killings in Pakistan and the operations of US via JSOC and Blackwater within Pakistan, journalist Mosharraf Zaidi, a columnist for The News, Pakistan commented:

with which not only have you not declared war but that is supposedly a front-line non-NATO ally in the US struggle to contain extremist violence coming out of Afghanistan and the border regions of Afghanistan and Pakistan?’ Let’s forget Blackwater for a second. What this is confirming is that there are US military operations in Pakistan that aren’t about logistics or getting food to Bagram; that are actually about the exercise of physical violence, physical force inside of Pakistani territory.”

THE CASE OF ATIF KHAN (AS-9): A HORRIFIC EXAMPLE OF BLACKWATER AND ISI’S SINISTER ACTIVITES IN

PAKISTANRecently (May 2014), the Taliban Mujahideen captured a young teenager, Atif Khan, in Miranshah who had arrived to partake in the assassination of Hilal Ghazi, a TTP Commander for Ghazi Force Red Mosque (Lal Masjid). The teenager was arrested on the 37th day of his arrival after trying to escape twice towards the end of April and start of May. His arrest led to a whole lot of revelations about ISI’s and Blackwater’s activities in Pakistan in endangering the lives of the Pakistanis, terrorism within a foreign country’s boundaries (for US and Blackwater) as well as the treacherous face of the Pakistani military and establishment. His revelations are also important in analyzing the role of the ISI in removing people that the US wants out of the way. Possibly, the recent shooting of journalist Hamid Mir which he attributed to the intelligence agencies, might well be done via similar methods as well.

Some Observations

After going through this interrogation report, the following points come to mind:

1. Blackwater/ISI Training Program in Peshawar:

There is a Blackwater and ISI joint-training program that is being run out of CID Center Gora Qabristan/Christian Graveyard Peshawar Cantonment. Under the program, young impressionable individuals are being trained to target and kill Muslims who are of interest to the US and the Pakistan Army. The Mujahideen should especially take notice of this and target such a facility as soon as possible.

2. ISI is Targeting the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan:

Out of the 10 people that Atif Khan was given to target, 5 were from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan; this shows that the real despicable face of ISI. On the one hand, it claims to America that it is against the “terrorists” – Pakistanis or Afghanis. Then, it underhand claims and pushes across the notion that it supports the Afghan Taliban and that it is only against those Taliban who attack it within Pakistan. The “good Taliban” are those who do Jihad elsewhere and not within Pakistan territory. Now, here, with this case, there is undeniable evidence that the Pakistan Agency is double-crossing America, the Afghan Emirate, as well as the people of Pakistan and that the only possible entity that it does care for is US Dollars; neither is it sincere to America, nor to the Pakistani people. It is supporting the killing of Afghans within Pakistan, and the imprisonment and killing of Mulla Ubaidullah Akhund (Defense Minister under Taliban Government, and a subsequent Taliban Commander) and Naseeruddin Haqqani (younger brother of Sirajuddin Haqqani – a spokesman for the Emirate) testify to the ISI’s despicable non-policy regarding relations with the Islamic Emirate as well.


3. Blackwater is Present and Actively Working Within Pakistan:

As confirmed by other sources, Blackwater/XE Services/Blackwater SELECT/Academi/TIS Solutions is working actively within Pakistan, training and brainwashing Pakistani youngsters and turning them into target killers. The fact that this Atif Khan was only a 9th grader, probably around 15-16 years old, and was hired and brainwashed and turned into becoming an arrester and target killer by these mercenaries speaks volumes of US interference in Pakistan and the ISI’s despicable alliance with the US. More details of Blackwater activity in Pakistan is given later on in the document.

4. “AS-9” Shows Other Similar Target Killers are Operating in the Country:

“AS-9”was the label that Blackwater/ISI gave to Atif Khan. The number “9” especially shows that other trainees have been hired by the mercenaries who are fully operating within Pakistan. This shows the danger to which the youth of the country are exposed and what they may be doing without their parents actually knowing about their activities. There has been much talk of Taliban “brainwashing” young people into Jihad, which is a duty imposed on Muslims by Allah I anyway. Now what would the media say regarding this, that is this “brainwashing” or not?

5. Hamid Mir’s Shooting and Discarded Dead Bodies Could be Connected:

This incident and the disposal of dead bodies throughout the country might well be linked to the activities of the ISI as well as Blackwater. The media is afraid to directly confront the military and state this fact openly that the ISI and the Army are the real terrorists of the country who have terrorized everyone within the state and are parading as mercenaries and marauders, fully sold out to the Americans and preventing the rule of Islam within the country.

However, we, the Mujahideen are not afraid of anyone but Allah and we fully state this fact that this Army is a cowardly, despicable and gutless bunch of half-men that has throughout its history sold out the safety and honor of its people for meager pieces of paper. It hunts its own people and even the semblance of Prophet Muhammad’s e Islam has not reached its senses. Geo TV has apologized to the Army in the wake of the threats received by them from the Agencies regarding the shooting of Hamid Mir. However, we, the Mujahideen, will not let the Army breathe easy, and it is now known that the Army is in fact co-operating with Blackwater to kill Pakistanis; so it is not far off to deduce that the Agency did in fact target Hamid Mir as well.

6. Target Killings are Rampant in Pakistan:

The ISI and Blackwater are involved in target killing and arresting people without warrant in Pakistan. They operate outside of the jurisdiction of any law – even their own man-made laws. Though we, the Mujahideen, declare ourselves free of this judicial system that does not base itself on the Laws of Allah I and His Messenger e, we still say that if these courts were sincere to even their own putrid laws, they would take notice of these events and analyze the role that the ISI is playing as a “background mafia” in Pakistan, detaining, imprisoning and killing as it pleases, compromising what they themselves term as “territorial sovereignty” and endangering the lives of the people of Pakistan.


BLACKWATER ACTIVITY IN PAKISTAN

It was reported by “Ummat” Newspaper in a report published on August 12, 2009 that a private security firm (INTER-RISK) was actively working with Blackwater. The Head Office (at the time) was

located in F-6. Retired young veterans, JCO’s and officers from SSG were hired and trained by this firm. The firm was run by Captain Ali Ja’far Zaidi, a retired Commander from SSG with a dubious past. A JCO working in the firm told the Newspaper that the workings of the company looked “suspicious” to him. The firm ran a training center in Rawat Industrial Area (14 kilometers from Islamabad), near a Car and Craft Automobile Workshop, 4 km from the main gate of the Industrial Area.

Ummat Newspaper reported that it was found that the firm was part of a mafia run by a Britisher known as “Matthew”. Matthew was formerly with the SAS - a British Military Commandoes institution. After retirement, he became a part of Blackwater in Kabul . After that, he became associated with an NGO and came into FATA. The Newspaper reported that at the time (2009), he was running a training setup in Rawat, and this setup (of INTER-RISK) could also be a part of Blackwater’s network or a similar network.

Candidates for the trainings mostly included former Military officers, commandoes and JCO’s. They were hired through newspaper Ads and also through personal contacts of Captain Zaidi. Training sessions were held in Rawat. A person who trained with the firm testified that the trainers included Matthew and 4 of his British companions, as well as an Indian; they were wearing Shalwar Kameez, and had grown beards! The trainees were taught an array of battle techniques such as ambush, raids and usage of firearms and explosives. In March, 2009, the firm hired 1001 people through advertisements. They were put on duty in various areas of the security firm. Then, 42 of them were

selected and given training from 10th-30th July, 2009. The training occurred in that same place in Rawat Industrial Estate . On 31st July, the trainees were sent to KPK province where they were asked to contact the British consulate. Meanwhile, another batch started training from the start of August.

This research by Ummat newspaper testifies that Blackwater was (and is) working within Pakistan territory and it is utilizing former military men to attack targets within the county.

Captain Zaidi was later on arrested by the police in September, 2009 along with large amount of foreign weaponry, though he was later released via intervention by the American Embassy .

Nawai Waqt Newspaper reported on 21st September, 2009 that the spokesman for the American Embassy said at the time that the Pakistani Government was informed that the US would be taking the services of the security firm “INTER RISK”.

Journalist Sana Aijazi stated in a video interview dated 13th September, 2009 regarding Blackwater presence in Pakistan:

“It is not hidden from anyone that Blackwater offices are present in all large cities of the country. In only Islamabad and Peshawar, 700 Blackwater guards are present, for whose residence, more than 200 houses have been rented; and even the American ambassadors have accepted this. In this whole matter, a most dangerous and critical point is that 2 houses have been rented in Sector E-7 near Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan’s residence. Apart from this, 37 houses in F-6, 40 in G-6 and 41 in E-7, have been rented aside from the houses rented in other sectors. ”

She then narrated two incidents that had happened at that time, regarding Blackwater activity in Pakistan:

“The first event occurred in the night of the 25th of August (2009), when the police stopped two suspicious vehicles in which 4 Americans were present. They had automatic machine guns on them. When they were asked for identification documents, they introduced themselves as ‘Blackwater Guards’. These individuals were arrested and taken to Margalla Police Station where the Security Officer for the American Embassy, Captain Ejaz, immediately arrived. He gave threats to the SHO and freed and took with him these (4) individuals. Therefore, he proved that the Americans are above Pakistani law. According to our sources, these 4 individuals were part of the Death Squad that intends to assassinate Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan.

The second event in Islamabad happened in Aab Paara (market) when Pakistani citizen Mohsin Bukhari was beaten by the American Blackwater guards only for parking his vehicle ahead of theirs...

... Apart from Islamabad, in Karachi as well, Blackwater’s activities are increasing. According to our sources, Blackwater has established its office in the area Khayaban-e-Rahat in Defense…”

She further stated: “… Apart from this, there are also reports that more than 500 Humvees are present in Karachi port which are being discreetly transported to various parts of the country. On 19th August (2009), these Humvees came in public light, after which their pictures were published in the newspapers…”

She also said: “… After Karachi, if we look at Peshawar, then here too the activities of Blackwater have being going on since long. An American NGO, “Creative Associates International”, acquired a house on Chinar Road of University Town Peshawar . Within a short time, they requested from the Government of Pakistan regarding hiring guards for their security. Afterwards, it was found that they had acquired Blackwater’s services. The Government of Pakistan ordered the owner of this NGO, Craig Davis, to leave Pakistan and cancelled his visa. Nevertheless, according to latest reports, he was granted a visa again after pressure from the American embassy, and allowed to work in Pakistan. According to another report, Blackwater has also acquired two buildings on rent in Peshawar, consisting of 40 rooms...”

These revelations came in the year 2009, and were reported by several other people in the media. In an article by Dr. Shireen Mazari in Nawai Waqt on 30th September, 2009, she stated that the American Embassy had been granted 18 Acres land, and the American Consulate had spread to 56 Acres in which constructions (rooms and basements) for accommodating 13,000 individuals was going on.

In a report by the famous website “International Analyst Network”, it was stated that Americans were found spying on Pakistan Atomic Program in Kahuta using the Sahala Police Training Center. Along with these, there were several other reports in the media that stated that Blackwater had rented many buildings in University Town Peshawar for their illegal activities in KPK province and that they also visited Sakkhar city in Sindh province to establish a base for controlling drones (2009).

Revelations by Jeremy Scahill

All the aforementioned reports surfaced in the Pakistani media in 2009. The then US Ambassador to Pakistan, Anne Patterson, publicly denied Blackwater interference in Pakistan. But her statement was belied by revelations from US journalist Jeremy Scahill’s piece, “The Secret US War in Pakistan” and his book on Blackwater. In his piece, he included testimonies by various sources regarding the now-known fact that Blackwater is actively working within Pakistan territory. On top of these testimonies is that by Blackwater founder Erik Prince himself. In an Article by Shahid R. Siddiqi, entitled “How Active is Blackwater in Pakistan?” published in the Foreign Policy Journal on August, 30, 2010, the notorious owner of Blackwater was reported to have been “caught on audio tape by The Nation, a New York based magazine, acknowledging that his organization does work in Pakistan. He said this in a speech earlier this year at the University of Michigan.”

The Christian Science Monitor reported in 2009 that Blackwater “provides security for a US-backed aid project” in Peshawar, suggesting the company may be based out of the Pearl Continental, a luxury hotel the United States reportedly is considering purchasing to use as a consulate in the city.

Jeremy Scahill reported in his piece regarding a source that “has knowledge of Special Forces actions in Pakistan and Afghanistan”. When this anonymous source was asked about Blackwater’s covert work for JSOC in Pakistan, he said: “From my information that I have, that is absolutely correct… There is no question that’s occurring.”

A “well-placed source within the US Military Intelligence Apparatus” who “has worked on covert US Military programs for years, including in Afghanistan and Pakistan”, and who “has direct knowledge of Blackwater involvement” told Scahill the following startling revelations:


• “They (Blackwater) have a sizeable force in Pakistan – not for any nefarious purpose if you really want to look at it that way – but to support a legitimate contract that’s classified for JSOC.”

• “Some of the Blackwater personnel work undercover as aid workers – “Nobody gives them a second thought”

• “In addition to planning drone strikes and operations against suspected Al-Qaeda and Taliban forces in Pakistan for both JSOC and CIA, the Blackwater team in Karachi also helps plan missions for JSOC inside Uzbekistan against the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan”

• “In addition to working on covert action planning and drone strikes, “Blackwater SELECT” also provides private guards to perform the sensitive task of security for secret US drone bases, JSOC camps and Defense Intelligence Agency camps inside Pakistan, according to the military intelligence source.”

The other source that Scahill quotes from in his article, “The Secret US War in Pakistan” is a “former senior Blackwater Executive” who stated:

• “Blackwater is also working for the Pakistani Government on a subcontract with an Islamabad-based security firm that puts US Blackwater operatives on the ground with Pakistani forces in Counter Terrorism operations, including house raids and border interdictions in NWFP and elsewhere in Pakistan”

• “Blackwater has a facility in Karachi and has personnel deployed elsewhere in Pakistan”

• “They are running most of their work through TIS (Total Intelligence Solutions) because the other two [names i.e. Blackwater and Xe Service] have such a stain on them”

KESTRAL LOGISTICS ISLAMABAD

The anonymous former Blackwater Executive said that Blackwater is working in Pakistan through “Kestral Logistics Islamabad” which is a powerful Pakistani security firm “specializing in military logistical support, private security and intelligence consulting”. It is staffed with former high-ranking Army and Government Officials. While its main offices are in Pakistan, it also has branches in several other countries of the world.

Located in F-8/1 Islamabad (House #2 Street 35), Kestral Logistics4 claims that:

“Services offered by the company are project and program management, reporting and documentation, assistance in evacuation services, coordination with the military establishment, security issues management, financial management and budget control.”

Jeremy Scahill reported that “for years, Kestral has done a robust business in defense logistics with the Pakistani Government and other nations, as well as top US defense companies.”

According to the former Blackwater executive, Blackwater owner Eric Prince is close with Kestral’s CEO Liaquat Ali Baig. He said, “Ali and Erik have a pretty close relationship. They’ve met many times and struck a deal, and they [offer] mutual support for one another.”

According to the former executive, “Working with Kestral, Blackwater has provided convoy security for Defense Department shipments destined for Afghanistan that would arrive in the port at Karachi. Blackwater would guard the supplies as they were transported overland from Karachi to Peshawar and then West through the Torkham border crossing, the most important supply route for the US Military in Afghanistan.”

He also said that “Blackwater operatives also integrate with Kestral’s forces in sensitive counterterrorism operations in the North-West-Frontier Province (now KPK), where they work in conjunction with the Pakistani’s Interior Ministry’s paramilitary force, known as the Frontier Corps.”

So, now we know that Blackwater is working with the FC, as well as the Pakistan ISI. On 22nd December 2013, it was published in the newspapers that the Pakistan Government asked the “country’s intelligence services to identify and apprehend members of the notorious American security firm Blackwater (currently known as Xe Services LLC) in Pakistan.”5 So is the Government blind to this blatant roaming around of Blackwater within Pakistan?

Well, we now know for sure that ISI is working in cahoots with Blackwater. As for the Government, then the testification of the former Blackwater Executive to Scahill suffices for us as .evidence against the Government of Pakistan. He said:

“Blackwater is paid by the Pakistan Government through Kestral for consulting services. That gives the Pakistani Government the cover to say, ‘Hey, No! We don’t have any Westerners doing this. It’s all local and our people are doing it.’ But it gives them the expertise that Westerners provide for [counter-terrorism]-related work.”

So, this proves that the Government at the time (2009-10) knew and supported Blackwater’s presence in the country! They also knew about the drone program though they kept publicly condemning it. Is this not clear evidence of the treachery of these rulers who are neither loyal to Islam, Pakistan nor even to basic principles of honor and trustworthiness? All that they do care about is to fill their “foreign bank accounts”, and run after the pleasures of this world. So how can the people of Pakistan side with them instead of the Taliban Mujahideen who only wish to establish the Shariah of Allah under which all people will be held accountable – the rulers and the ruled, both?!

Organizations, like Kestral Logistics, which are working in tandem with the Pakistan Government, Blackwater and the ISI, are a dangerous threat to both Islam and the Muslims of Pakistan. Therefore, it is imperative that such organizations be prioritized and targeted by the Mujahideen so that these illegal activities that are endangering the lives of the Muslims of Pakistan be immediately stopped and so that the Pakistani people feel more secure.

ADVICE TO THE JOURNALISTS Though the Mujahideen are strictly against any kind of journalism that promotes the erroneous concepts of democracy, secularism or free thought (that is not bound by the Revelation of Allah I and His Messenger e), we do allow for it to be carried out within the circles prescribed by the Shariah. In Issue 2 of AZAN Magazine, there was a Fatwa published by the Ulama of the Mujahideen Shoora who laid out in detail the errors of modern journalism, and the dangerous consequences of lying or promoting propaganda. All journalists are advised to view that Fatwa in detail and to amend the errors of their views.

Nevertheless, we call upon the sincere journalists to go and check up on the address of Mr. Atif Khan and confirm this story and present it sincerely to the people, illustrating the dangers of Blackwater and ISI Activity within Pakistan. We call upon them to at least declare the truth to the people of Pakistan and inform them about the treachery of the Pakistan Government, and we call upon them to learn the principles of Shariah and evaluate good or bad according to what Islam teaches us, and not according to popular public opinion or mafia-pressure (for example, from the likes of ISI).

We warn the journalists of letting another “Ajmal Kassab” happen where the Agencies went to his hometown first and terrorized the man’s family from confessing anything in front of the media. Subsequently, they did not confess to having known Ajmal Kassab. Therefore, the journalists should beware of something like this happening and they should get their facts straight this time.

CONCLUSION

The notorious Pakistani ISI which seemingly operates above any and every law, is nothing short of a mafia that has tightened control over all of Pakistan’s establishment – the Government, the Bureaucracy, the Media… It has built underground torture cells within various areas of Pakistan in which it has inhumanely tortured, imprisoned and killed hundreds of Muslims. It has handed many Muslims off to the Kuffar to do with the Muslims as they please.

We call upon the Muslim Ummah of Pakistan to clear the lines between who their friends and their enemies really are. This intelligence agency, founded by British Kuffar, is working with the American Military as well as the private Blackwater mercenaries to cause harm to the Muslims of Pakistan. The Government is busy supporting the American Kuffar as well as the Hindus of India whose hands are colored with Muslim blood. It is high time that the people of Pakistan take heed and realize who they wish to support in this impending war between the treacherous Government and the Mujahideen.

Cases like Atif Khan’s are a wake-up call to all the people of Pakistan, to realize the gravity of the depth to which this country is still under the chains of imperialistic powers. Our “independence” was merely a farce, and despite the efforts and sacrifices of the millions of Muslims who gave blood and life for the dream of living under the Law of Allah, our enslavement to the West has continued, under their stooge governments and leaders who have sold our honor, pride and sons


for the price of mere paper, time and again throughout our history. We call upon the people of Pakistan to disavow themselves off this establishment and to join together under the banner of Shariah and Jihad, alongside the Mujahideen to eradicate this corrupt system and to establish Allah’s Law in Pakistan.

We call upon the Mujahideen – the real protectors of Islam and Muslims – to target Blackwater, its secret facilities and all its operative cells throughout Pakistan. We call upon the sincere journalists to uncover the plots of Blackwater as well as the treacherous military and rulers, and to use their pen solely for the Shariah of Allah and the well-being of Muslims.

And our final word is that All Praise is due to Allah I, The Lord of the Worlds… And may His Peace and Blessings be upon Prophet Muhammad e…
