(1) We have been advised tha t the Company now has a booster pump delivering water t o the tank supplying the Sunnyside Area at the rate of 100 gallons per minute on a 24 hours dai ly basis,

The Company reports t ha t since t h i s pump was instal led, between 20,000 and %,OOO per hour have been pumped as necessity arose, and tha t the dai ly gallonage pumped has been from 500,000 t o 655,000 since the dete of instal la t ion.

(3) The Company has given us the following commitment with regard t o i t s future development:

"As t o t he future: return, when we w i l l be having tests of our Wells, mEde by competent outside experts, and when the capacity is determined, we w i l l have pumps constructed up t o a mjnimum of 1,OOO,OOO gallons per day and as much more as is found t o be possible. us t ha t a t l ea s t 750 gallons per minute can easi ly be obtained. propose enlarging our pumping capacity from our reservoir t o t h e lower tanks on the h i l l and a l so enlarge our booster pump t o the tank a t Johnston and North B l u f f Roeds. This pump, we believe, should have a capacity of not less than 250 gallons per minute. 'I'he capacity of our main pumps, we think, should rehch 600 t o 650 g d l o n s per minute.
