Visit Old ChapelOld Chapel is the most recognizable historic landmark on campus. It was originally built in 1884 when the school was known as the Massachusetts Agricultural College. The building initially served as a multipurpose facility to accommodate lectures, religious services, a library, and reading room. The iconic structure was renovated in 2016 and now serves as a multipurpose, lecture, and events space.
