Proposal

Revise deemed savings for Approved LED Recessed Down Light fixtures for use in residential applications. 

Recommended Measure Specifications:• Must be Energy Star rated LED fixtures

– 3 year minimum warranty

• In addition to Energy Star, product must also be rated at a minimum of 50 Lumens/watt.
