Problem Statement January 1st 2009: The Road Transport Department (JPJ) had

enforced the law on the usage of rear seat belt (The Star:Friday January 2, 2009)

rear-seat passengers are less likely to have safety featureslike airbags, three-point seatbelts and adjustable headrestraints

a need for a newly innovated safety device, which isspecifically designed for rear-seat passengers.
