This form should be used for obtaining police confirmation and certification for importation of ammunition and MUST accompanythe B709 Individual/Business Non Dealer Application form. The B709 Certification will only be issued where the applicant has firearmsregistered in NSW in their name that take the type of ammunition being imported, or where the applicant is authorised to purchase

and possess the ammunition in NSW by a firearms licence or permit.

This form is interactive and may be completed electronically, printed, signed and returned with your B709 application form to:Coordinator Imports, Compliance and Intelligence Unit, Firearms Registry, by email imports@police.nsw.gov.au,

by fax on 02 66709811 or by post to Locked Bag 1, Murwillumbah NSW 2484.
