A. Introduction

1. This ASLB Low Utilization Maintenance Program (LUMP) Supplement is to be used in conjunction with the Precision PC-0118-05 Maintenance Planning Document Supplement. It is not a stand-alone maintenance program. It describes only task interval changes that may be made to certain items in the Precision MPD Supplement under a low-utilization maintenance program.

2. This ASLB LUMP Supplement is specifically designed for ASL Airlines Belgium, based on anticipated annual aircraft utilization of 1200 flight hours/year.

3. This ASLB LUMP Supplement is usage limited for ASL Airlines Belgium airplanes, converted to the freighter configuration per Precision Conversions STC ST01529SE.

B. ASL LUMP Supplement Development

The following guidelines were applied to develop the ASLB Low Utilization Maintenance Program (LUMP) Supplement.

1. For OEM tasks, the Boeing LUMP intervals are assumed to be applicable.

2. For Conversion-Added tasks, interval escalation substantiation is completed.

3. Intervals for Section 9 Supplement related tasks such as Certification Maintenance Requirements (CMR) and Airworthiness Limitation (AWL) tasks will remain at MPD Supplement recommended intervals.

4. Precision MPD Supplement tasks not listed in this document continue to apply as published in the latest revision of the Precision MPD Supplement.

C. Reference Documents

The ASLB LUMP Supplement was developed based on the following documents:

1. Boeing Low Utilization Maintenance Program (LUMP) TNT Airways (TNB) B757-28A (S/N: 25622) (10 May 2012)

2. Precision Maintenance Planning Data Document Supplement (PC-0118-05, Rev Feb 23, 2017)

3. Precision Supplemental Maintenance Manual for B757-200 Cargo Conversion (PC-0118-06 Rev N, Dec 23, 2015 and Temporary Revisions 44 - 56)

4. Precision Smoke Detection and Penetration Ground Test Plan and Results (PC-0118-26 Rev A, Jan 3, 2005)

5. Precision System Safety Analysis of Crew Entry Door (PC-0118-48 Rev B, Dec 18, 2012)

6. Precision System Safety Analysis of Flight Deck Window (PC-0118-49 Rev D, Aug 1, 2016)

7. Precision Mechanical System Substantiation Report/System Safety Analysis of Environmental Control Systems (PC-0118-54 Rev C, Sep 12, 2007)
