We reserve the right to adjust advertising rates at any given time
without notice (If you are an existing client, this only affects you once
your existing contract is over.)
All Payments must be made in advance

spyware, racist, hate promoting or predatory advertising companies. No
adult ads. We reserve the right to turn down advertisements.

Above the fold
"Above the fold" refers to the topmost portion of a webpage that can be
seen without scrolling down on most computer screens. (See illustration below)
Below the fold
"Below the fold" is the portion of the webpage that can be seen only after scrolling down on most computer screens.

We have 10,000 current subscribers and our subscriber list continues growing weekly! (Approximately 250 – 350 new subscribers sign up for the Little Hands Express Baby Sign Language e-Newsletter weekly.) This Baby Sign Language eZine is sent out every first Tuesday of each month.
Newsletter Ad Rates as are follows: Your company’s ad above the fold (of the Baby Sign Language Newsletter):
$75 per Blast (Delivery)
$125 / 2 Blasts (Delivery for two consecutive months)
$175 / 3 Blasts (Delivery for three consecutive months – save $50)
Ad in the middle of newsletter:

Ads can have up to 5 lines of text or up to 100 words. Images are also accepted (please realize that not all e-mail subscribers allow photos to be

Newsletter Ad Specifications
These prices are for up to 8 lines of 65 characters (including spaces). Please note: The newsletter which is distributed to subscribers is a PLAIN TEXT newsletter, so your ad needs to be plain text, written in Notepad or TextPad (both are free).

Newsletter Terms and Guidelines
We ask for payment to be made within 7 days of reserving your ad spot. Your ad spot won't be held for more than 7 days if payment hasn't been received.
· We accept no more than 3 sponsor spots per edition · No "adult"/gambling/tobacco ads · No multi-tier marketing ads · No fancy gimmicks, such as rows of asterisks, nor use of ALL CAPS · No businesses which use predatory advertising · Try to avoid using exclamation marks (!) and words like "free" in your ad copy. We reserve the right to reject any ads we consider unsuitable.
After your payment with PayPal (or Credit Card), you will be taken to a special page to fill out your advertising information. Please remember that payment must be made before publication.

Babies and Sign Language Com / Little Hands Express is happy to accept your payments using PayPal. As you probably know, PayPal is quick and easy for both parties. Don’t own a PayPal account? Prefer to use Credit Card? You don’t need a PayPal account to make credit card payments. The process is speedy and simple.
Using Credit Cards to Make Payments Without Owning a PayPal Account:
1. Click the appropriate “Buy Now” link (listed below) next to the ad type of your
choice. * This will open the PayPal website at the appropriate ad payment page.

Newsletter Ad 2. On the left side of this page, you may enter your Card, Billing and Contact
Information. (We do not see this/your private, secured information.) Simply fill in all the form details to make a credit card payment and click “Continue”. 3. After you have filled in this information and PayPal confirms your payment, you will
then be taken to a private page online that will allow you to enter your business information. Simply fill in the information required for your Ad to be posted.
4. When you have completed filling in your advertising information, click on the
“Submit Your Ad Info” button at the end of the form to complete your ad submission. 5. Once we receive your advertising information, we will have it translated into HTML
coding and post your ad at the next advertising posting interval (which is most likely the first day of the new month). *Please note that all payments online are for a 4-month run. For your convenience of uninterrupted advertising time, every 4 months, there will be an automatic charge for the next 4 months. If you wish to turn off the recurring payment feature, please make sure that you do this (on PayPal – we cannot do this for you, as we do not have access to your PayPal account) within 2 days of the next payment renewal.

his or her privileges to unlawfully transmit material, copyrighted or otherwise, customer information outside of the realm of this agreement.
Little Hands Express may also in its sole discretion decide to terminate a customer's account
privileges if it has good belief that infringement or non-abidance to search engine guidelines and terms has in fact occurred.
Advertising Rate Changes
Little Hands Express reserves the right to change rates at any given time without notice.
Existing clients are not subjected to the new rate change(s) until their current contract terms have been completed. You will not be responsible to pay the newer current advertising rates
until your present contract is up and you begin the next new contract.
