Deanna and I spent some %me Sunday night aAer the pastor
apprecia%on ice cream social reading the cards you gave us. Thank you
for all the kind words! Also, a big thank you to our fellowship commi+ee
for puBng it together.
This Sunday we will start our new Sermon Series "ABIDE" (John 15). Each
Sunday we will discuss one of the following: Follow, Forgiveness,
FruiFul, and Faithfulness. Have you every doubted your salva%on? Do
you doubt your salva%on now? Be here Sunday as we unfold how you
can know that you are saved as we look at what it means to FOLLOW
JESUS! This Sunday we will also be bap%zing Jeffrey Sumner! I am so
excited to be bap%zing Jeffrey as well as welcoming him into
membership with our faith family!
John 15: 5 " I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me
and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do
nothing."

Boston Bu6 Sale
The Ma+hew 25 Center, Inc., a ministry
supported by Tabor City Bap%st Church and
several other churches in the area, as well as the
Columbus Bap%st Associa%on, is having a Boston
Bu+ sale. Tickets are available, at $25.00 each,
un%l November 10, 2016. Pickup/delivery will be
Friday, November 18, 2:00 - 6:00, at the Tabor
City Bap%st Church parking lot. Proceeds from the sale will be used
to assist the Ma+hew 25 Center capital campaign with building the
Center near Tabor Correc%onal Ins%tu%on. Tabor City Bap%st
Church is presently a Ministry Partner of The Ma+hew 25 Center.

YOUTH MINISTRY Important Upcoming Dates:
Youth will be helping with Trunk-or-Treat on Wednesday night Oc-
tober 26th 6:30-8:00. There will be no regular youth group mee%ng.
Sunday night Arts Ministries (Youth Choir, Drama, and Dance), are
preparing each week to lead the congrega%on in the beginning of
the advent season. The youth have begun rehearsal for the "Hanging
of the Greens". Please be in a6endance each week @5:00-7:15. If
you have not been a6ending, it is a great �me to join!
Saturday November 19th, 9:00 am-2:00 pm: Rehearsal for Youth
Choir, Drama, and Dance groups for "Hanging of the Greens" and
Youth Fellowship "Finger Dart Wars"
Lunch will be served.
Saturday December 3rd, 10:00 am-2:00 pm: Dress Rehearsal for
"Hanging of the Greens"! Lunch will be served.
Sunday December 4th, during Morning Worship: "Hanging of the
Greens" service.
