1. Using col. A. Make a mr. Work 8 sc and end with a sl st. (8)

2. Ch 1. Work 1 sc in the first st. “Work 3 sc in the next st, 1 sc in the following st”. Repeatfrom “to“ 3 times in total. Work 3 sc in the last st. End with a sl st. (16)

You can check the size of your square against the cube - Depending on your gauge, you canwork more or fewer rounds to make it fit the cube. The square is a bit smaller than the cubebefore they are sewn together.

Make another square in col. A, and afterwards 2 in col. B and C so you now have 6 squares intotal.

ASSEMBLING OF THE SQUARES

1. Sew the squares together using whipstitch in col. D. Sew them as shown in thepicture.

2. Attach the yarn in the middle of the 3stitches at the corner of both squares.Now, use whip stitch and sew togetherthrough the stitches of both squares.

3. Tighten gently as you work. 4. Repeat in all stitches along the side ofthe cube.


5. Like this. Now sew them together tocreate a box, however, keeping one sideopen for inserting of the cube.

6. Insert the cube and sew the remainingsides together.

7. Like this. Weave in ends.

Assembling of the stars

1. Using col. A. Ch 5. Work 1 sc in the 2nd ch from the hook. Work sc to the end of therow (4)

2. Ch 1 and turn. Work sc to the end of the row. (4)Repeat row 2 until you have a total of 18 rows.

Fold your piece through the gap on the star and single crochet the ends together.Leave a long tail for assembling.Sew the star onto the square using col. A.

Make another strap and sew the second star onto the other square using col. A.

Assembling of the rattle ring

TuftUsing col. B. Cut approx. 25 pieces of yarn each measuring approx. 30 cm.Assemble the pieces as described below:

1. Using col. B. Cut approx. 25 pieces ofyarn each measuring approx. 30 cm.

2. Fold 1 thread in the middle.


3. Use a crochet hook to pull the threadthrough a stitch in the middle of one ofthe squares using col. B.

4. Pull the thread halfway through thestitch.

5. Pull the yarn ends through the loopcreated with the thread and tightengently.

6. Like this.

7. Repeat this procedure in the first 3rounds on the square to create a fluffytuft.

4. Tie a piece of yarn around the tuft.
