Panyno are a factory based in southern Spain and have been manufacturingbaby and infant shoes since 1978. Using high quality leather, their collection isa combination of avant-garde and classic shoes, made to our design.

Carriage and Handling ChargesAll goods will be sent via FedEx, Interlink or RoyalMail. Carriage at current postal/carrier rates willbe charged on all orders below £300. Specialcarriage (e.g. 1st Class Post, Guaranteed Next DayDelivery) requested by customers will be chargedat the current rate. Carriage is payable on allorders from customers outside of the UK.

Non DeliveryAdvice of non delivery of goods invoiced must benotified in writing or by telephone within 7 days,otherwise, goods will be deemed to have arrived.

ReturnsIf you have received faulty goods, you may returnthem to us and we will credit your account(including P&P). Products must be returned to uswithin 20 days of receipt of the goods. Once yourgoods have arrived and are accepted back intostock please allow up to 14 days for your return tobe processed.

Please remember that the products are yourresponsibility, until they reach us. For your ownprotection, we recommend that you send anyreturns by a postal/courier service that providesinsurance for the value of the goods, a despatchcertificate or document and a delivery receipt.Please retain your Certificate of Posting and holdonto it until we confirm your account has beencredited.

Terms and ConditionsBabyshoes (the Company and Seller) declares that it is willing to trade on the following terms unless variedby the Company in writing. The general terms of trading apply to orders accepted by the Company andacceptance of delivery of the goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the buyers acceptance of theseterms and conditions of trade. No agent or employee of the Company is permitted to alter or vary these termsand conditions unless he is expressly authorised in writing to do so.

PricesWhilst every effort will be made to hold pricesquoted (on the current trade price list at time oforder) for as long as possible. We reserve theright to increase prices without notice.

Children’s footwear is zero rated for tax purposesso there is no Value Added Tax (‘VAT’) to be paidon any of our shoes.

CancellationsCancellation of orders must be received in writing.

You may not cancel orders for the supply of goodswithout our prior consent, which if given shall bedeemed to be on the express condition that youshall fully indemnify us against all losses,damages, claims or actions arising out of a resultof the cancelled order.

Risk, Property and TitleThe products will be at your risk from the time ofdelivery but will remain the property of us until weare in receipt of payment.

Insolvency of BuyerWe shall be entitled to cancel any order orsuspend any further deliveries, and if the productshave been delivered but not paid for, the priceshall be immediately due and payablenotwithstanding any previous agreement orarrangement to the contrary.

IF:• The Buyer makes any voluntary arrangementwith its creditors, becomes bankrupt, becomessubject to an administration order or goes intoliquidation.• The Buyer ceases, or threatens to cease trading.• We have reasonable belief that any of the aboveevents are a likely occurrence.

Copyrights and ReputationWe own the copyright to all images published inour catalogues and on our website. These images

may only be used to promote the sale of ourproducts and only with our written consent. Wewill not be responsible for any inaccuracy or eventarising from misinterpretation from the use of ourimages.

You shall not display, advertise, promote or referto our products in any way which detracts fromthe character or reputation of the products.

Late PaymentsInvoices not settled within 30 days after the issuedate will be liable to a charge for the extra lengthof credit to an amount of (2.5%) per month untilsuch time that payment is made in full to us.

Any overdue invoice may be passed to ourcollection agent at our sole discretion and withoutnotice.

Force MajeureWe will not be liable or responsible for any failureto perform, or delay in performance of, any of ourobligations under a Contract that is caused byevents outside our reasonable control (ForceMajeure Event).
