Introduction

Electrical Electronics (EE) Engineering is one of the broadest of all engineering majors and is much more than just building electrical circuits. Electrical engineering is the application of electronics, electrical science and technology, and computer systems to the needs of society. An electrical engineer is responsible for designing and integrating electronic/electrical systems in diverse industries such as defense, communications, transportation, manufacturing, health care, construction, and entertainment.

The program requires learners to complete a minimum of 30 credit hours on the condition that learners have completed an Associate Degree in Electronics or its equivalent degree and would be required to complete another 60 credit hours to be awarded the Degree Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronics.

Graduates of this course will find employment as engineers in the electronics industry, power generation and distribution and solar cell technology.

PHU programs are not structured in a semester’s scheme. Learner’s can begin their course of study when they are ready and within defined parameters progress at your own pace. Learners may take more than one course at a time, however it is recommend that you do not, at least until you become entirely comfortable with your study system.
