    INTRODUCTION

Bachelor's work is an important part of the overall training in the direction of"Telecommunications."

Implementation of Bachelors work is the final and most important step inpreparing students to the independent work at which they are training to apply theirknowledge in solving urgent scientific and technical problems.

Standard form of Ukrainian state certification on Bachelor in"Telecommunication", specialty 6.050903(6.092401) - "Telecommunication

systems and networks", is to protect graduate project (work) before StateExamination Commission.

During graduate design and defend of the Bachelor work the student must showhis level of knowledge both general and special disciplines, to reveal the ability touse scientific and technical literature, standards and special regulations, technicaland teaching materials on various aspects of telecommunications technologies, systems and networks.

Bachelor graduate work provides analysis and theoretical development (designand research technologies, processes, facilities and services) of current issues andproblems of "Telecommunication".

This methodological development guidance provides the structure and content, performance, design requirements, instructions, as well as requirements fordesign and defending the degree project thesis.

These guidance of TCS Department is based on the standards of Professional-

Teaching Program for "Telecommunications" with a specialty 6.050903(6.092401) "Telecommunication systems and networks", guidance documents ofthe Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, industry standards andregulatory and technical documentation and at the General guidance on thestructure, content and design rules for the graduate design - teaching literaturein KNURE in Ukrainian language.
