Our Wastewater Treatment Systems employ the latest technologies from the world leader, BioKube, to help dispose off sewage and treat it such that what gets reused or released into the environment is completely safe, potable water. From Compact Systems (in 4 sizes) for homes, farmhouses and stand-alone buildings, to Medium Systems for factories, buildings and institutions, from Large Systems for residential complexes and gated communities, to Portable Systems for remote work areas, mining camps, and oil and gas drilling installations, managing and treating wastewater and sewage is a headache for all equally. Whatever your use case may be, the differently capable and capacity systems work by treating the waste and sewage water, further disinfect it via UV radiation or electrolysis before releasing it or reusing it for gardening or washing. In the larger systems, the submerged aerated filter media, where the microorganisms grow, perform the degradation of the organic and nutrient load in the incoming sewage water to the required levels. No bacteria are added to the system, as the biological cleaning process is performed by natural bacteria.

The treated wastewater can then be safely discharged or reused as per your requirements.

Win-win Situation:Almost everything is reused and recycled. Of the tyres that you input, you get back 50% as fuel oil, 32% as carbon black, 10% as hydrocarbon gas, 1% as thin wire, and 7% water from the tyre cleaning process.

Modern life generates a lot of waste. Which then piles up in overflowing dumpyards. Tyres for example, are an essential part of life and millions upon millions of tyres lie discarded. Because of the nature of their construction, they are quite resilient even after their primary use is over. Abron Eco-Waste Catalytic Cracking Systems take care of this burgeoning problem in a clean and elegant way. The process is simple and efficient. After the tyres are collected, they are sorted, and go through the process of Debating, where the side walls and belts are removed to minimize steel and fiber content. After cleaning with jets of water, the side walls and belts are shredded into granules of rubber. These can then be broken into various sizes as per requirement. The fine powder is used for road works to create long lasting bitumen surfaces, track and field mats, carpet underlay, tiles and paver blocks. The rubber granules can also be put into a 2-stage catalytic cracker, heated and melted at 400 to 450 degrees centigrade, and the resultant aromatic/aliphatic compounds that are produced can be used as fuel oil for heating (with a heating value of 40-45 MJ/kg). The carbon black residue can also be reused with virgin carbon black to lower the cost of rubber products. Or, using the carbon black and steel powder, one can produce solid bricks, interlocking tiles and so on after being mixed with specialty polymers.

In today’s world, power is critical. Everything that we know runs on it, directly or indirectly. While delivering electricity, overhead powerlines face the most extreme weather conditions all year around. Temperature, wind, storms, cold and other conditions.

Abron Electrical Spacer Dampers procured from the world leader in electrical technology, RIBE of Germany, are precisely designed to control the damage caused by wind oscillation.

A dreaded phenomenon in such systems is the prevalence of high-frequency, short wave vibrations in the bunched and bundled conductors due to natural wind flow at wind speeds between 1 and 7 m/s.

These vibrations are caused by the periodic shedding of vortices on the downstream side of the conductors (Kármán vortex street), which induces vibrations in the subconductors transverse to the direction of wind flow. The frequencies are in the range from 5 to 60 Hz with amplitudes up to 1 x conductor diameter. These vibrations cause alternating bending strains in the conductors, which are superimposed on the static tensile and bending strains.

This can result in conductor damage at the clamping points that ranges from fatigue breakages in single wires to breakage of the complete conductor. If the conductor vibrations cause the spacer clamps to loosen, the loose clamp shells wear through the conductor very quickly. Another vibration phenomenon is the occurrence of low-frequency subspan oscillations, which can have amplitudes large enough to cause subconductors to hit each other.

The intelligent design of the RIBE spacer dampers supports the absorption and transfer of aeolian conductor vibrations in the span of the spacers, without damage to the conductor.

Besides this, Mr. Al Mail is an eminent individual in his own right, and is part of various National and International Boards and Bodies.

After graduating with a Management Degree from Kuwait where he picked up specialized management skills, he has developed acute business acumen over the years. MD of the company since its incorporation in 2006 and appointed CEO in 2016, Mr. Al Shutalli heads the overall management of the company and works very closely with government agencies and ministries in Kuwait. He brings over two decades of experience in the wastewater sector.

General Manager – Operations

A Commerce graduate and a certified Business Administration professional, Mr. Yash (as he is known by his friends) is responsible for providing leadership and program direction for the business’ key accounts, strategic marketing activities, communications, business development, and business strategy. Prior to his current role, he was the BDM of an EPC company in Kuwait for close to a decade. He brings his immense expertise in the sewage treatment business along with his perfect understanding of the Middle East market.
