Psychic Capacities Exercise

Take 10 minutes at the start of your day. Bring to mind one thing you will be doing that day, keep it as specific as possible.

Barriers down, barriers down, barriers down in all levels, layers, lifetimes, Universes, galaxies.

Be willing to psychically receive information about that event. Ask “Universe what am I aware of here that I’m not willing to be aware of?”

Write down everything you thought, felt, heard, smelled, imagined, body twinges, texts, annoyances, etc.

Alphabet Soup and Apple Pie Soup

Connection points - everywhere you have connected with people in the ways you have similarities instead of what you can create together.

Stability points - when we try to make life predictable and stable, to make sure nothing changes and we can be in control. Right and wrong are both stability points.

Stable datum - stability points locked into your body as the information that your body has to function from.
