Changes in Milk Consumption

The graph shows changes in the amount of milk consumed per person per year in liters in the US between 1950 and 2000.

Summarise information and make comparisons where relevant

The graph illustrates changes in the consumption of milk per person in the US from 1950 to

2000.It can be clearly seen that the trend whole milk consumed was downwards ; whereas the

consumption of low fat milk was decidedly upwards.

In 1950, the whole milk consumption was greater than low fat milk quantity about 100 liters. It,

however, dropped constantly from 125 to 55 liters over the next three decades. The low fat milk

consumption, by comparison, had a slight rise from 12 to 18 liter in the first ten years. The liters of low

fat milk consumed went up gradually to 45 liters per person in 1980. Then there was an equal quantity

between whole milk consumption and low fat milk consumption at just under 50 liters per one.

Thereafter the amount of low fat milk consumed exceeded the consumption of whole milk , reached at

approximately 60 liters in 1990 and remained stable in the next ten years. The quantity of whole milk , in

contrast, plummeted to 38 marks in 1990 and continued to decreased slightly to 30 liters per person

until 2000.

Score: 4.5 –  5.0

dõi tuy nhiên để mức 6.0 Coherence thì chưa đượ c)  Lexical: 4.5 ( Từ vựng lặ p lại nhiều và sử dụng sai khá nhiều)   Grammar Range and Accuracy: 4.5 –  5.0 ( Cấu trúc ngữ pháp còn hạn chế, sử dụng

nhiều câu đơn, câu ghép có xuất hiện nhưng lại dùng sai )
