• Update Advisory Group members on BGI progress
• Complete Broad Review of BLLUP documents
• Identify specific areas for future work/study, and where advisors can help

Balanced Growth Strategy Action Items
• State Support for Watershed Planning Partnerships– Planning support (7 items)
• Financial support, technical support, improving ties to infrastructure planning, and SAWG role
– Implementation support of endorsed plans (6 items)
• Highest priority action: updating and enhancing the special incentives available to participating communities with state endorsed Watershed Balanced Growth Plans

Special IncentivesThese 11 programs contain
specific special incentives for Balanced Growth participating communities.
Red: extra points on applications
Blue: special consideration in application process
Green: percentage point discounts
There are 20 additional state programs that have been proposed to include special incentives.
