Applications: Ball Valves are used as shut-off devices on trunk gas pipelines, gas collection and treatment stations, at compressor stations. Compatible substances: non-aggressive natural gas containing liquid hydrocarbons, ethylene glycol, turbine oils, carbon dioxide, methanol (CH3OH), water, and solids in following quantities: • water and condensate — up to 1500 mg/m3; • solids — up to 10 mg/m3; • particle size of the solids — up to 1 mm; • hydrogen sulfide (H2S) — max 1 mg/m3; • sodium and potassium (combined) — max 1 mg/m3.Climatic version: U1 and HL1 according to GOST 15150.Ambient temperature: • version U1 from –40°С up to +55°С; • version HL1 from –60°С up to +45°С.Earthquake resistance The Ball Valves are manufactured with the following Earthquake resistance: • Non-earthquake-resistant version (S0) for areas with seismic activity up to score 6 on MSK-64 scale; • Earthquake-resistant version (S) for areas with seismic activity score 6 through 9 on MSK-64 scale.Pipeline connection: • welded; • flanged (on request); • combined (Ball Valves smaller than DN 700 with manual mechanical actuator — on request) weld end/flange end. Control system: • manual (handle or gear); • piston actuators; • pneumatic actuators; • electric actuators; • manual with mechanical gear or handle (RU).Valve tightness class: А GOST R 54808. Delivery packageThe delivery package of the Ball Valve includes: • Ball Valve as per the specifications; • kit of wear parts, tools and accessories, parts and assemblies with a limited service life, as required for operation and maintenance of the Valves, as per the negotiated spare parts list to the supply contract; • operating instructions and all related documentation.

Warranty from the manufacturerWarranty period for storage without represervation — 36 months.Warranty period of operation — 24 months from the date of the Ball Valves commissioning, but max 36 months from the date of shipment by the manufacturer.

Service performance: • Design service life to retirement is at least 40 years. The service life of the Ball Valve corresponds to the service life of the pipeline where the Ball Valve is mounted; • Service life to retirement — min 320000 hours or for DN 50–200 min 4000 cycles; for DN 300–1000 min 2000 cycles; for DN 1200 min 500 cycles; • Design life time — 30 years; • Service Life Limit: for DN 50–200 — 3000 cycles; for DN 300–1000 — 1500 cycles; for DN 1200 — 300 cycles.
