All sponsors who contribute $50 or more will receive a “Festival Pass” which gives free admission for Two People to all sessions throughout this year’s Festival. Please enquire at the front desk for your pass if you don’t have one. If you have missed getting your sponsorship into the Programme, we will announce it at the festival. “Friends of SAPACS” For a minimum $20 donation, your name will have been placed in the front of this programme under our “Friends” list as well as on our web site homepage. You will also receive a “Festival Pass” on your first visit to the festival (enquire at the desk) which gives free admission for One Person to all sessions throughout this year’s Festival. SOUND SYSTEM – The Hawkins Theatre Sound System will be used for the dancing Section. Competitors must have CD’s named and in good playing order. TAPES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Note: Scratched or re-recordable CD’s may not play on the theatre system. PRIZES: Under 12 years and Restricted - Medals First, Second and Third 12 years and over - First $12.00, Second $10.00, Third $8.00 • No competitor may perform the same item in more than one class, except in Restricted Classes and under 6

years.

This will incur an $8 charge which covers the whole weekend, payable at the front desk, or purchased in advance. The stage door at Hawkins Theatre, which opens onto a narrow access driveway, is NOT to be used as a "first point of entry". ALL performers, parents, siblings, teachers, accompanists etc MUST report to the front desk. Please ask the competitors NOT to give access via the stage door unless cleared to do so by SAPACS personnel on stage duty. This is a safety and security issue as well.
