    Summer Vacation is a time full of fun and frolic, going for picnics, playing for

    The following activities have been planned for the students during their summer break to enhance

    their knowledge about modern techniques in agriculture.

    Activity 1 : Colorful poster Roll no.1 to 10

    Make a colorful poster along with a catchy slogan to depict the condition of farmers in India and

    the related safety measures taken by the Government.

    Activity 2: Make a calendar titled Agricultural implements for the year 2019. Choose 12 different

    agricultural implements for the 12 months. Include the following detail on each page :Colorful

    picture and name of agriculture implements , its usage at large. . Roll no. 11 to 20

    Activity 3 :Prepare a Brochure on “Digital Farming” Roll no.21 to 30

    Collect information about initiatives taken by Govt. under Digital India plan for the development of

    Agricultural activities with related pictures.

    Activity 4: Make a scrap file on the topic “Harvest festivals of India” Roll no.31 to 41

    It should include—Name of seasonal crops, states, culture, special requirements of crops related to

    Harvest festival, methods adopted by local farmers to increase the crop yield. Paste related

    pictures.

    Make a Power Point Presentation of 10-15 slides titled “Smart Agriculture”

    Include –use of advanced technology, smart irrigation techniques and information collected from

    farm field (if possible) ,mention Govt. initiative and development schemes.

    PPT is compulsory for the whole class.

    Q Write a report on ‘ conservation of biodiversity’ is essential for the life on earth and for
