Management of Bangladesh Submarine Cable Cornpany Limited (BSCCL) is pleased to allow the following officers ofBSCCL to attend SEA-ME-WE-5 O&MSC#6 Meeting to be held during 14-17 October,2019 (excluding travel time)in Bali. lndonesia.

The conditions of the above mentioned nominations are as follows:

a) All the relevant cost of the participants will be bome by BSCCL.b) The entire visit including travel time of the parlicipants will be treated as on duty. No part of the salary will be paid

in foreign currency.c) The parlicipants will not be allowed to stay abroad beyond the allowable time.d) The parlicipants will submit a report to BSCCL on the outcome of the above-mentioned meeting after return to the

country.
