Part 'A' envelope (Technical Bid) shall contain : Earnest Money, the documents for satisfying eligibility

criteria & the technical & financial stipulation, if any, of the tenderer & Part 'B' shall contain : financial

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (Shall be submitted with Part A of the Offer)

The tenderer should have completed in last three Financial years (i.e. current year & two previous

financial year) in Bank, Govt. or Govt. undertaking and Financial Institutions, Corporate Sectors, etc.

minimum 3 (three) similar composite work (Interior Furnishing & Electrical) costing not less than Rs. 22.00

lacs in single contract. (Work order & completion Report in support must be submitted & marked

annexure-I)

The total contract amount received by the Tenderer during the last 3 financial years should be minimum

as 40.00 lacs per year in contract work. In support of this the Tenderer should submit audited sheet duly

Certified by the Chartered Accountant & marked annexure-II.

The Tenderer should produce Solvency Certificate from any Nationalised / Scheduled Bank for an

amount of 200% of the advertised Tender value marked annexure-III.

Tenderer who will quote the rate must have a local office at Kolkata. This is absolutely essential for day

to day supervision & coordination of the work at site.

Contractors will be required to arrange for their own storing. Dismantled materials are to be carted

away from site at own cost and disposed of in conformity with Municipal regulations.

The quoted rates, are to include cost of all materials, labour and or any other material, all statutory

taxes, transport, handling delivery at site and installation, complete in all respect, as per drawing,

directions or instructions of Employer/Consultant. The quoted rates are also to include dismantling of

partitions, counters, old electrical wirings etc. and stacking serviceable materials and disposal of debris,

etc.

Prior approval of the Employer/ Consultant shall be obtained for colour and thickness of laminates to be

used in the work.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

The tenderer are to visit the site and acquaint themselves with site conditions before quoting rates.

The arrangement for “ Wire Management " is to have prior approval of the Client.

The quoted rates shall remain firm during the entire currency of contract. No price variation for any

causes whatsoever, shall be entertained.

The time of completion shall be two (2) weeks from the date of placement of order.

The offer shall remain valid for acceptance for a period of 30 days from the date of submission of

offer.

The Employer reserves the right to themselves to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any

reason therefor.

Payments will be made once on completion by the Employer within 15 days after certification of bill by

the Consultant 10% of the total payable amount is to be retained as retention money and will become

due for release after expiry of six months from the date of completion of the installation & subject to

satisfactory maintenance of the executed work.

sections, treated with two coats of wood preservatives,50mm

x 50mm (minimum) at maximum 600 mm horizontal or

vertical spacing as per site conditions.

Skin Membrane : (Opaque portion upto 900mm from floor

level with 2x4 mm thick BWR grade plywood on each face

with 4x4mm grooves formed at the top layer as per drawings/

instructions.

Glazing : 12 mm thick clear float glass fixed with continious

White or Steam Beech wood glazing beads of approved shape

( finished 35x25 mm) all around, polished & coated with NC

lacquer finish. The rate should also include cost of decorative

etching on one side of the glass.

Edge Moulds : All free top/end surfaces shall have polished

7 WOODEN PANELLING ON PILLARS

Wall Panelling / column encasing ( upto 2700 mm high ) works

as per drawing and conforming to the following specifications:

Basic frame work

Well seasoned Malayasian Sal Wood sections, treated with two

coats of wood preservatives, minimum 50x25 mm, at suitable

horizontal / vertical spacing not exceeding 600 mm c/c.

Skin Membrane:6 mm thick BWR grade plywood with 4x4mm grooves formed

at top layer as per drawing/ instructions.

Finishing:1mm thick laminate sheet of same or combination shades as per

instructions.

Skirting

100mm highx12mm thick polished white or steam beech wood skirting

with NC lacquer finish.

Quoted rates shall include all necessary materials, accessories

and labour and also allow provisions for electrical/telephone/

computer wiring conduits and switch boxes etc. complete with

necessary jacking /thickening of panels to accommodate conduits/ switch

8 Providing, fitting & fixing the cash counters & Cash cabin along

with partitions all complete:

Internal Size of the cash cabin :4'-6" to 5' (w) x 5'-6"(h) x 7'-0"(l)

a) Providing fixing & fixing 3' wide & 2'-6" high staff working top made of

18mm thick BWP block board of approved make finished with 1.0 mm

laminate of approved make & shade.

The customer transaction top shall be 1'-6" wide projecting 6"on the

customer side at a height of 1' above the staff working counter thus

making a total height of 3'-6". The customer top is made of 3/4" thk

Granite top(Black galaxy) placed on 18mm thick BWP blockboard

which is cut & shaped with edges round polished.

Below the working top/counter will be 1'-6" wide drawer unit consisting

of 3 nos. drawer on slide channels on one side & metallic CPU trolley

on the other side with key board tray with slide channels & foot rest

in between for each of the cash counters

Below the Transaction top the portion which is overlapping with

the working counter of 10" deep will be covered by 2 sets of

sliding shutters with a intermediate shelf with all locking arrangement

for keeping currency notes.

There will be neccesary grooves between the two different

decorative laminates as shown in the detail drawing & as directed.

The counter will be provided with wire manager. The front portion

The intermediate/side/rear partition with doors between

Cash Cabins will be of same specification as Partly glazed

Wooden Partition of Item No. 2 upto 5'-6" height with the

exception that the opening above 3' 6" height upto 5'-6" is to be

covered by the strips of 12mm thk.glass fixed. All exposed edges

of the BWP ply & blockboard are to be finished with 12 mm thk.

Rubber wood lipping which are to be polished as directed.

Provision for extra wooden frame work of same section

for intermediate glazing to be included in the rate.

There will be provision for small trays/windows for transfering

of small copy either from the banking area to the cash cabins

or between the cash cabins as directed by the architect.

The cost of all fittings of the door :handle locks,aldrop handles,

door closer, night latch all of appoved make of the doors

wherever required in the cash section to be included. 300 SQFT.

9 EXECUTIVE WORKSTATIONS

Providing, fixing and fitting in position free standing work station

made of 19 mm thk. BWP Ply + 1.0 mm. Laminate of

approved make and colour for the table top, sides & front apron

The table is supported on the left side by a 1'-6" wide &

2'-0" deep drawer unit consisting of a tea tray, one drawer

& a shuttered cabinet all in 1.0 mm thk. laminate finish and Ply partition

on the right side . The table is provided with a readymade metallic CPU

Holder with swivel facility, (CPU HL SW / INNOFITT systems or similar)

& readymade key board drawer of engineering Plastics (KD 575 P MT/

INNOFIT System or similar) shall be suspended below the table top.

Quoted rates shall also include cost of polished white or steam beech wood

moulding ( finished 40x20 mm section ) to edges of table top; polished

white or steam beech wood lipping (6mm thick) to free edges of block

board/ plywood surfaces; approved drawer - slides, concealed type

auto-closing shutter hinges and locks with keys in duplicate; other

necessary hardware and accessories including satin finish S.S. handles,

knobs and wire managers etc. of approved quality & the table top is finished

with 5mm thick glass.

10 SIDE CREDENZO

BWR grade block boards all finished in 1.0mm thk.laminate.

Exposed block board surfaces shall be finished with 1.00mm

laminate sheet of approved shade and make. Inner faces of

sliding shutters shall be polished in approved color.

Free edges of block board shall have polished white or steam

beech wood half round moulds ( out of 20 x 20 mm sections).

Inner faces of cabinet units shall be polished in approved shade

quoted rates shall include cost of necessary hardware , Viz

handles, locks with keys in duplicate, etc. 2 Nos.

11 BACK OFFICE WORKSTATION (Size: 5'(l) x 2'-6" (w) )

Providing & fixing top , side & front with 19 mm BWR block board finished

with 1.0 mm laminate.Table top edge will have 37mm thk white beach wooden

moulding.75mm x12mm thk white beach / white cedar skirting(as per design)

with natural polish should run along with entire bottom length of table front.The

table will have provision for keyboard tray ,mouse tray with pad ,CPU Trolley

,foot rest with individual drawer & storage with proper locking system.

The storage complete with SS handle, brass hinges, multi lock & other

necessary hardware including wire manager.

All internal surface is to be finished with synthetic enamel.paint. 3 NOS.

12 Writing Ledge cum cheque drop- & Suggestion box:

P/F/F Cheque writing tables made of 1 no.19mm plywood shelf 3' (w) x

1' (d) x 6"(h) which is finished with 1mm thick Laminate on all exposed

surface. The shelf is fixed with two intermediate 8mm thk glass

partition fixed with D brackets for keeping withdrawal/deposit forms.

The table top shall be of 12mm thick plain glass fixed with SS studs

on the shelf.

Below the shelf after a 6" gap is place a cheque drop box of size :2'x
