Put the ice cubes into a mixing glass. Pour the vermouth and gin over the ice and stir (never shake) vigorously and evenly without splashing. Then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Serve with a green olive and a straw.

REzEpT - RICETTA:Zutaten: 1/4 Holunderblütensirup, 2/4 Prosecco, 1/4 Mineralwasser/Soda 3-4 Blätter MinzeEiswürfel

Holunderblütensirup und Prosecco in ein Weißweinglas füllen. Minze, Eiswürfel und einen Schuss Mineralwasser hinzufügen. Die Holunderblütensirupmenge kann auch nach Geschmack variiert werden.

Ingredienti:1/4 di sciroppo di fiori di sambuco1/4 Prosecco1/4 Aqua minerale/soda3-4 foglioline di mentaghiaccio

Versate nel bicchiere da vino il succo, poi il prosecco e infine l‘acqua. Date una mesco-lata veloce, guarnite con le foglie di menta e rinfrescate col ghiaccio. La quantità dello sciroppo può variare a gusto.
