The By-Laws Committee by unanimous vote, submits to the BARC Board of Directors, Officers and the membership at large the attached recommended By-Laws changes for consideration.
The By-Laws Committee further recommends that these changes be adopted by the membership per the procedure as specified in Article XII of the current By-Laws.
